That was really stupid what he did. And in Brazil no less.... Not saying he deserved the repercussion he got but some of these MMA fighters really let their egos get carried away. A little more street sense and respect for people and this wouldn't have happened.

This scenario here I could see happening in any country. The football game shit was pretty out there though.

I'd go to brazil but be on your best behavior. Always a good idea in another country, especially with so many people who have less to lose than you. Football games abroad are always a toss-up if you don't know the lay of the land, in my opinion - sit within reasonable distance of an exit and bounce out if shit gets squirrely.

Not entirely sure what's going on (only just started getting into Portuguese, can't understand news report), but from what I saw he took a swipe at the woman (with his wallet?), and she's gotten her homies to destroy him and his friend. As far as I can tell, the women didn't do anything other than reject his advance in the shop. The reaction was over the top, in short. The guy didn't need to react the way he did, and the men certainly didn't need to beat them so fucking badly. Stupidity from all parties, but it would be interesting to see the gang members try take on the guys 1v1. They seemed to be handling all of them pretty well 'til he took the 2x4 to the head

Also, the comments are mildly amusing

PS: The greater the reputation Brazil has for danger the better - it means sex/tourists aren't going to swarm the country, and their culture is less infected/destroyed
