I don't get how people aren't more angry about stuff like this? I don't know whether the author of the original article was joking about being for it, but how is shorter queues worth more than freedom. Anyway, it soon gets factored in and the original advantage is lost. For example TESCO club card gives them your complete spending history and also a lot about your lifestyle, but the initial discount offered by it is now factored into the price and you end up paying above market value not to use it.

For the guys that believe in the christian God, all of this has been predicted and implied in the biblical book of revelations. If you believe the prophecy is correct it will only get worst, as roosh mentioned the next step will be to get rid of money entirely and come up with an implantable chip that tracks you down like an animal 24/7 and links to government benefits and credits, those that refuse the chip will be completely locked out of society and imprisoned. With the social network explosion and GPS proliferation in just the last decade i can see this all happening sooner than later.

Kinda always thought that this was life imitating art, as in "ooh THAT's a good idea, we COULD use something like that to control people etc etc.

Here's the thing, they condition the next up and coming generation, kids, who will just accept it as normal when they are in their 20s and 30s. Fuck the rest of us who will give a shit. This is social engineering pure and simple.
