As my game continues to develop, I am starting to think awareness is one of the most essential parts of game.

I'd put it up there with other elements such as abundance, frame, and making the most of logistics.

I think there are many examples of awareness in game.

A couple from my experiences:

I was on the dancefloor, and the club was packed. I was in between dances with girls and just having fun with my buddies. A couple meters away in the crowd, I see an attractive blonde with red lipstick, in a tight white top accentuating her incredible body. Almost instinctively I stick my hand out to her, to which she grabs and I pull her towards me with a spin. We dance for a few minutes. There was attraction, she could follow my lead and it was fun. I let her go as she went to get a drink/follow her friend.

Looking back on it, I reflected as this was one of my best approaches that night. I had great awareness, and I benefited from it.

To explain further, she was completely surrounded by guys. Her and her friend were dancing and enjoying the music and expressing their sexuality, and they were getting attention from it.

This is what they want. Problem is, they want a dominant man. They want someone they can look up to, not down on.

This is a common scenario at clubs. However, this was a more extreme case. I can remember 5-6 guys surrounding the girls and not giving them much space. They were cheering them on and some were attempting to slowly grind their way into a dance.

Because of game awareness, I noticed (at the time maybe subconsciously) that this was a very uncomfortable situation for her, and she wanted out of it. She was looking for an alpha and here are a bunch of betas in her space.

I made sure she saw me stick my hand out and provided her with the opportunity she was looking for. Even though we only danced for a few minutes, she enjoyed it. She might have left because of her friend, who I think was still surrounded by a lack of quality guys, or because she didn't like me as much as I thought.

Either way, I was either the alpha she was looking for at that moment, or I made the most of a situation aiming for success. If I hadn't developed more game awareness, I wouldn't have been able to achieve this.

Another, albeit minor case of awareness I've experienced has been receiving the following text messages:

'Hey I definitely just saw you at xyz'
or
'I just saw your clone!!'
or
'I'm at xyz, and I just saw your twin.. its you!'

In the past, I'd probably laugh and just say something along the lines of her being wrong since I'm actually at zyx, or I don't have a twin you're making this up.

Now I know this is due to her showing interest and trying to start a conversation, or expressing intention to meet up with you.

I feel as my game awareness develops, I will be able to pick up on more signals and situations that I was previously oblivious to.

What are your experiences with awareness? Has it developed over time? How do you make the most of it, etc?

I was a full on beta until 29, product of a beta father and a dominant mother. I have finally begun to develop my game and frame. In just a couple months I have learned more about women than in all my life.

Suffice to say, my past methods were not only wrong but just plain disastrous. The thing you mention about awareness is real, as I can begin to understand looks, words and movements which before were unnoticed. It takes time of course, but it is never late to learn the truth and swallow the pill.

I recommend everyone in this forum to read a pair of books from Daniel Goleman, regarding emotional and social intelligence. While they obviously do not take on the subject of game, the do provide valuable insight on the way your brain works, how and why you think and feel the way you do, and how you interact with other humans; concepts which without a doubt will help your game.

Learn as much about clothing and the context of wearing it (aka fashion) as you can. You can infer so many things about a person by what they're wearing. Background, mentality, income, education level, profession. The quicker you can size someone up, the better your chances of a value-added interaction for both parties. Yes, it's generalizing, but generalizing works more often than not.

Clothes say a lot about people. The more you know about a certain subcultures' quirks, tastes and idiosyncrasies, the better you can tailor your game to appeal to that.

Body language is huge too, but that's something that has to be lived.

Awareness is a very important component of game and can encompass a variety of different things. Situational awareness, awareness of the venue, awareness of who's taken, single, interested, etc., awareness of your body language, facial expressions, etc., etc.

I think awareness can take a while to develop and fine tune kind of like an antenna picking up a signal when it comes to astutely observing and figuring out what is going on in a venue and the signals women are putting out. A lot of game can be boiled down to a numbers game, but just like in poker or other games there are strategies to increase your chances for success. If you read the venue right, find the best spots to post up in "vortex points", see which girls are eyeing you or seem open to meet, seeing that another girl is with a group of 4 other girls for a birthday party and thus won't be a good "target".

One issue I had before I got into game and when I was first starting to learn was lacking awareness and not reading the signals and situations properly. A lot of it was a lack of confidence, coupled with nervousness and anxiety, which often made me second guess myself too much and backwards rationalize that a girl wasn't checking me out, when in fact she most likely was. It was kind of a "self sabotaging" mentality which probably caused me to cock block myself numerous times, I always thought that I was some kind of social freak and this was an issue that few other guys shared, but in reality it's a common issue that a lot of guys face.

Basically as my knowledge, confidence, and experience grew and expanded so did my awareness, my antenna became more fine tuned to picking up the "frequency" of the vibes and social interactions which take place within a venue. This increase in awareness has led me to some very quick and easy bangs that I never would have had in my pre-game "beta years". When you have the awareness you know when to push hard or pull back, you know when a girl is ready to be touched, kissed, when it's time to pull the trigger and bounce her out the venue, you know how to dance around her LMR, because you are aware that she does in fact want to bang.

Also, I will briefly mention awareness of self, and how you are breathing, standing, posture, your movements, your body language, facial expressions, etc. For myself and a lot of guys that are too in their own head and think too much, we often become unaware of how our body is expressing itself outwardly, we become unaware that we are slouching, fidgeting, carrying a scowl on our face, etc.

When you become less in your own head as far as overanalyzing and overthinking, and more just purely aware, which doesn't necessarily correlate to thought or analysis, you will become more concious of your body and the body language that you are portraying to others in the venue, who will either be conciously or unconicously observing and developing impressions of you based on it.

when you pull her outta the snake pit, go someplace off the dancefloor to talk. being able to pull her like that means her pussy is blushing, so pull her to the outskirt of the floor and be like come with me to the BAR. most dancing girls need a little bit of dance then talk, or a little bit of talk then dance. learn her logistics, qualify

based on your op they were gonna leave soon

when her friend rolls up looking for her now is a great time to introduce your friends. this can take a lot of the edge off and give you time to hit your bitch's switches. if you're clever you would have done this already on the dance floor (be like johnny appleseed, always plant seeds)

rolling dolo you should shepherd her friend IN. use game, cold reads etc those conversational skills. nothing defuses a friend faster than admitting her into your little reindeer game. do this if she's sick of the venue (otherwise toss her back to the wolves with the "i'm gonna borrow your friend for a min" line. women trust each other not to bail without notice so congrats now you can move her around the venue isolate etc without worrying about her friend.) however, it takes substantially more luck and effort to pull when her friend is unhappy so the easiest way to turn the cockblock into your little sis is to buttress her boring-ass night along for her

It all begins with awareness. The lion hunting is in a high state of awareness. All of his senses are on high alert for that noise out of place, that smell out of place, anything out of the ordinary that would signal a potential prey. Awareness is the first and longest range weapon of any predator. And like everything else you have to work on developing it, on refining it, and on using it. Now, I never question my instincts. I've programmed myself to automatically respond to them.

A skill simply becomes instinctual after you have internalized it - when you are no longer consciously processing it. Again, a mature lion hunts on instincts. He no longer has to think about what a particular smell means or how to attack a particular prey. His experience is internalized and when your experience becomes internalized from practice it becomes 2nd nature - an instinct. I no longer have to think how to approach a girl most of the interaction is done by instinct. The problem for most men is that they find it hard to trust their instincts to let them take over. As highly intelligent beings we love to think but thinking takes time and thinking can cause you to 2nd guess yourself. Besides, when we operate on instincts we become more primal and women sense and react to this - the animal is in control here.

I have spent the last two years getting back to this state of being. I use to be like this but then I lost it. Now I am almost about 85% there again. Besides, it feels absolutely wonderful to operate like this. You are in a zone and everything just flows...

My best game is when I'm not thinking and just doing. Always happens at some point during the night once I get the first couple approaches done. I like dance floor game as well and the music and dancing help me achieve this quickly.

But I cannot yet establish this during day game. If I approach a girl during the day my mind still runs during the interaction and I am always contemplating where to take the conversation, judge her body language etc.

Yep, it's not easy and I don't always achieve it. The trick is coming to just trust yourself and letting go... It's just like dancing. The moment you have to think about what your next step will be you will lose the rhythm and break the dance. Get into the habit of just approaching without thinking. This will force your brain to learn how to improvise and over time you will come to do this more and more easily.

Awareness/being in-state is probably the key part of game. If you can figure that out most nights, and you've got your logistics on lock, you will do extremely well. Picking up tells from body language is something you can work on for years.

When you dance, your only goal is too have fun.

Day game is just like dancing.

Focus on letting go and having fun.

If you day game just as much as you dance, day game will become a dance for you.

Most people have danced for over 1000 hours in their lives.

But, have only day gamed for 10 minutes.

Comfort and flow come from practice, repetition, and experience.

"Unconscious Awareness" or "Instincts" will only come with more practice.

Approach 5 girls during the day today. This is the only way to improve.
