Easy to approach. Pulled a Korean chick but I saw a number of other candidates that night. Drinks are expensive but I don't buy any Drinks for my girls... Wink

Bar Rouge is a typical "see and be seen" kind of place. Assuming you have a white face your experience will be hugely different to mine with the local girls there.

It's not that the place is shit, it's just that there are so many clubs in Shanghai, many of which have a more fun, easy going crowd.

IMO.

RE: Shanghai Datasheet
So like I said in another thread, I'm currently back in Shanghai for three weeks. Got two more weeks left.

New Years Eve in Shanghai...

Best clubs or spots to be that night? Preferably with lots of local, single girls looking for dick.

Was thinking about hitting up MINT and/or M2.

I made the mistake of going to Bar Rouge the other night, place was dead as fuck. Nothing but expats, short white French guys with their trophy Chinese gfs, a couple of chubby ABC girls, and hookers trying to discretely work the joint. That was funny.

Can anyone recommend any good spots or parties going on for NYE?

Reviving this thread...

I will be in Shanghai for a nearly 24hr connection while traveling in a couple of months. Twice, once on the way out and once on the way back. Apparently you don't need a visa to go into the city if your connection is less than 24hrs so I plan to go in and check the place out. Of course, it would be very nice to get a Chinese flag while I'm there, but with such little time, I'm going to have to go for ONS or nothing at all.

Best course of action would be what? I did check out dateinasia to see what it would be like. A few cute ones on there but it seems they're not into age gaps. Very few are looking for guys more than about 5 years older than themselves. I lied about my age on there by 5 years but I don't think I can get away with much more than that. Still, there aren't a lot of 35-yr-old women I find attractive enough to get hard over. I'm told I often pass for late 30's.

So where can I meet girls under 30 (ideal would be 20-25 though hehe) that are DTF for a ONS? CS? DIA? Nightclub? Which one get the most votes?

P.S. I'm not tied to the idea of a China flag if there's some hotter and more willing foreign girls around.

Reviving this thread. The lack of intel on Shanghai is surprising.

Are there good gyms in the FFC? Can you pay by the month?

I won't be in town RI but you shouldn't need a visa under 72 hours if transiting to a 3rd country (including HK).

If you're staying longer I advise getting a 10-year visa which is the same price.

Do you need to have a good reason when requesting the ten year visa?

Nope, but you do if you want to get more than 60 day stays.

I had to have an invitation letter to get 180-day stays, but I insisted because it's a 10 year visa. You may want to stay in China for 100 days in 2023 (it's 10 years, who knows). Visa extensions in China have historically cancelled the visa, so I just wanted to be safe.
