What do you guys think of long hair (above shoulder length) ? mine looks like some 80s metal bands.
mine are that long now and i sometimes tie them, sometimes not.
def. stands out from the crowd when not tied up, because its unique.
got approached quite a bit when i wear ´em not tied back. IMO, a good option to peacock.
it also depends on venues for me. tied up in clubs, "free" in rock/metal bars, underground clubs.

i used to always shave mine at about a 4 or 5 with clippers but grew it out and have the long shaggy look. i've gotten more compliments from girls and stand out a little more

To the guys with the long hair..from what I have seen many times from friends, girls that are into it are really into it....like love it, but if they aren't they really aren't interested at all there doesn't seem to be much in between.

Girls love the Fabio look especially if you dress nice and are clean shaven.

Funny thing is ...every guy I know has gone completely shiny bald so I stand

I keep it short.

Unfortunately the Irish half of me took over my scalp, so if my hair grows out past a few inches it turns into a massive whiteboy afro, shit is not hot.

Also curious, for other short hair guys what do you use? I used to be a gel kiddie back in the day but I've since graduated to pomade or hair wax. The stuff I'm using now is great, it isnt water based so it doesn't wear off. I've passed out with it in, woken up and was able to readjust my hair and it looked like it did the night before.

I usually buzz it myself or I'll get a ball fade (bald on the side and 1 on top) when I'm in the mood. My hair is real thick and a fade lasts about 4 days before you can't see it anymore. Its annoying having hair that grows so fast.

Actually I find that MOST girls are really into it. Because the majority of guys go for a short look, or something weird like a fauxhawk, straight long hair that is slightly unkempt, and looks like you are not trying too hard works very well and stands out. Girls love long hair on guys.

I'm gonna shit for this I'm sure, but I'm actually rolling with frosted tips right now. I got a wild hair up my ass about 6 weeks ago and bleached my whole head, just for shits. After cutting it down about 2 weeks ago I'm now hard into the Sugar Ray look, girls either love it or hate it.

Shaved on the sides with a 1 or 2 clip...Slicked back up top..Think Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl...Recommended by a female stylist who I told to work her magic and make me look my best. Best hundred dollars I ever spent on a haircut that has paid for itself. If you can do it I highly suggest you have a stylist do your hair then just get it cut at supercuts for months after.
