I did this during my exchange year in Milan. Shared an apartment with 4 girls, 2 of them being international students and 2 local ones studying fashion. So it basically was the Erasmus experience of partying and meeting new people constantly with the foreign crowd but also hacking right into the social circle of 2 hot Italianas who had a lot of aspiring model as friends. I ended up hooking up with one of the girls in the apartment and lay nearly half a dozen chicks from their social circles without ever setting foot in a bar or a club once, just passively sitting there looking pretty I had little game back then.

The one thing to avoid though is trying to bang them all, if you fail, you'll end up ostracized and one possible bang is not worth a whole social circle's worth of bangs. Don't shit where you eat, but laying one giving off hard IOIs is definitely reasonable.
