So I've been texting some girls, but when I ask them to hang out with me, they stop replying/ don't answer my texts. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or are they just not available?

Either your text game is weak, or they were never interested in hanging out with you in the first place. The simplest text game is just to ask them out within the first two texts you send a girl. If she doesn't seem interested, text someone else.

^ yes, just use texting for logistics. You want to make a great first impression right away, so that she will genuinely want to see you again. That is what you should be working on. And do not get into a back and forth over the texting, ask her out within the first couple of texts and use texting for logistics.

There's been way too many text questions lately from cats.

Maybe but it has its place and when you're good it make your life easy especially if your at work and the girl is also and can't answer the phone..

Now we have to understand if you take a stance against text that means you're not communicating when they cant answer (at work or?) so you could fall between the cracks if your frame wasn't rock solid from the jump..

I do call when it's important to confirm and text is more for keeping the pot stirred.

Why stir the pot if you have strong frame? I shouldn't have to?

I grew up seeing the transition from picking up the phone to texting and while I prefer the days of yesteryear, girls (at least in LA/Vegas), simply do not respond to phone calls. The exception I've experienced is foreign girls, namely Russians + Polish girls who are new to LA actually calling me.

I've heard them dubbed 'creepy', 'needy', 'pushy', etc. Albeit the guys calling could have had terrible phone game.

Texting isn't going away so cats should learn the Do's and Dont's of Texting.

Establish + Flirt + Logistics. No capitalization or punctuation. It's retarded but that's what these sluts respond too. ADD generation.

People always say this, but I have never had an issue.

If a girl doesn't respond to a call, I didn't come strong enough from the jump.

I think we are talking about two things though.

The original poster is trying to "sell" over text. Bad move.

You need to do that in person. On phone is the next best option.

^^^Truth. My thoughts are that he's not building attraction enough in person. Maybe that's why I have incredible success rate with texts because I 'sell' myself fast and hard from the get go IN PERSON.

Honestly I'm honored that you guys like my text work. If it helps anyone spread it around.

G takes a hard stance and yeah it can work but in my experience if you're converting first meets to sex text is powerful if you have restrenghts.

Lets say your too reserved to call. Then you need to call.

Since January (when I really started experimenting) I have had about a 90% response rate from phone calls. Most girls don't pick up these days but if you leave a message they'll call you back if they're interested. Of the ones who called back every single one agreed to go on a date and didn't flake. With texting I'd say only 50% responded to my text and of those maybe another 50% resulted in a date. Calling is so much more effective.

Texting is now reserved for logistics only in my book. Get a girls number. Call her up. Leave a message saying, "hey, it's E. Give me a call, my number is xxx. If she's into it she'll call back later that night or a day or two later. Shoot the shit for a few minutes then ask her if she wants to meet up for a drink that week and I'll tell her I'll text her the details day of. The day of I text saying, "9 pm @ Max's". Run game from there.
