Has anyone tried this? I could definitely see something like this coming in handy for me after a workout- for the protein and because I burn calories very quickly.

Look delicious I may have to try them out. You could also add some whey powder to them for some extra protein.

Looks like a good idea to me...the one criticism is that I think dried milk could be pro-inflammatory. Maybe substituting whey would be better? It's more expensive, but you wouldn't need as much.

I did some rough math and these come out to almost 600 calories each for 14 bars if anyone else is curious.
