RE: Nicknames?
i nickname all my chicks. if they're short i call them smurf or munchkin. the nickname always has the effect of making them seem like a bratty little sister. they're neither cheesy nor pussy repellent, you stand out as the guy who calls her 'smurf' and not her firstname or regular nickname like every other motherfucker out there.
one of the smoothest dudes i know, always when he hears a girls name, makes fun of her.
'claire, like bear, you don't seem that tough claire bear, more like a koala bear'
'jessica, you're a mess jess, messy jessy'
you get it. girls love it, they froth, they beam, they smile, he's the only person in their world when he does this.

Hah hah, those are all good tips. How far do you go with poking fun at them? I had a situation recently where I was calling a girl a brat and considered calling her something like "Bratmobile" or "Brat Pack", but I held off because some chicks get really sensitive with things that could be considered name-calling. Better to be an asshole than a nice guy, I suppose, but when in doubt I leave it out.
