That's really awful. Wasn't that the women who posted her praiseworthy picture of a hot, trim body after 3 kids? It's incredible that a person like that can be banned just because of an enraged mass (pun intended) of lunatics hating her. She isn't doing anything wrong.

right, it was a temp block, and facebook's system just automatically does that if someone gets enough complaints.

I am sure a lot of the fatties were genuinely upset and offended when a woman says how she was able to have 3 kids and stay hot by doing aerobics so they went ahead and started reporting her for being offensive, and after a certain number, maybe 20? it just bans the account

She's probably just doing provocative posts on FB to rile people up, so she can get publicity for her business.

But...it says something that fat people would complain about her in mass numbers. And it makes me want to support her, despite her obvious ploy.

What's happening in this country with obesity is deeply troubling and it's not just with women. I've long found fat men equally, if not more bothersome: pompous, bullying blowhards who behave like jealous children.

I've always avoided fat women -- for obvious reasons. But it's now gotten to the point where I will not deal with a fat man at all (and by "fat" I mean lifer-fatties, not the normal ex-football player who put on pounds in middle age).

If I'm in a line and the clerk is a fat-ass, I'll move to a longer line to avoid dealing with him. I will no longer deal with fat family members except minimally on holidays when I absolutely have to.

We need to starve the beast (no pun intended). It makes perfect sense these entitled, bloated pigs would get this woman temporarily banned from Facebook. Call it "fat tyranny." Normal people don't behave like this.

Our society has now officially done a 180 from the 50 years ago. Back then, average people were shaming the lard-asses. Now they're shaming us. What the fuck happened?!?!?

Yes. Meanwhile my bro has spent the holidays in the hospital from complications relating to morbid obesity, including blood clots, low oxygen level, hernia, blood sugar issues, infected operation site that won't heal... All of this was due to an operation that was complicated caused solely because of his weight and complicated by it. That caused him to have to spend several days, not hours, under sedation which caused a domino effect. The docs told us flat-out the reason was his weight.

This was NOT a judgement. It was a medical FACT. Anyone, male or female, who think a doc's criticism of their weight is a sign of being "judgmental" is a self-denying asshole moron who can fuck off.

So how did this all happen? Because my family fell into the same line of thinking as the anti-fat shamers. (Obesity, IMO, is one part physical and another part a "cultural mental issue.")

Growing up, they said things like "You can be fat and healthy and thin and unhealthy." Or that fat is a sign of prosperity. Or that it's OK for men because look at the guy on "The King of Queens." They said a lot of other things too. They also figured his going to a good college and having "credentials" would make up for his out-of-control health. Sound familiar?

But there is one thing they never said. That was "Lose the fucking weight or you're not welcome in our house. OUT!"

Had they said that, we all wouldn't have just spent the last two weeks visiting him in the hospital...with no end in sight, by the way. People need to get their goddamn heads on straight about this.

My mother's father (who I never met) died at 48 from being overweight. This was in the 1950s. People have long known this is deadly. There is no excuse for the fat apologists. You want to have sympathy on someone? Try kids with cancer NOT adults who exercise no self-control and expect others to "accept" that.

I get what youre trying to say and to each his own but that after pic is something else. Japan is one of the last places you should be taking cues from considering how majority of people there cannot connect with one another.

My grandmother was a total cunt to my uncles wife and their daughter because they were fat. After I went through a enormous weight shift from some medication I was taking back in 05 my grandmother let me know what time it was. She would always have some passive aggressive or just out right aggressive shit to say about fat people. "They are lazy" They have no character" "Nobody wants to look at them" "they stink" "it requires more water to bathe them" "they aren't pleasant house guest because they eat all the food before anyone else gets a chance" and the like. It shows where we have gone as a country to equate fat shaming as hate speech.

These include the lewd and obscene, the profane, the libelous and the insulting or “fighting” words – those which by their very utterances inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace."

Now while I'll admit that the works of ROK, rooshv, tuth and others might qualify the rebuttals from the fatties, white knights, manginas,and liberal media have gone above and beyond any points raised by the aforementioned. Did any of us go running to the medial police screaming for their heads? To the best of my knowledge no.

I applaud Mrs Kang. did you hear that vile woman she was in interview with say something to the effect of "just because they don't go to the gym 6 times a week doesn't mean they can't feel sexy".
