A while back I read a post on here about how hard it was to "connect" with Slavic women. It is reiterated time and time again how money-oriented, serious and stoic they are.

Something that always got me thinking was the concept that players used of "value". "High-value women do not sleep with low-value men." Does a high-value woman know her high-value, and therefore project that on her standards? Put that question into contrast with the fact that in the West we have hoards of overvalued pussy, 5s and 6s thinking they are the shits.

Hotter girls, even the ones who know they are hot, have still always been slightly easier than their princessed-up ugly counterparts for the simple reason that they so rarely see the high-value masculine traits men display while in comfort. So even these "high-standard" girls don't even know what their emotional standards mean.

I've noticed that a lot of men on this forum see many attractive girls as these superhuman beings with confidence of steel and stone-set logical standards. When a Russian girl becomes the ice-queen, she is like the snail retreating into its shell. She is not "screening your value" in this cold manipulative way people suggest, all her behaviour is a knee-jerk expression of her insecurity.

Think of how the pickup culture has transformed American girls, from a culture that trains them to be confident. An American girl might blow you out in the first few seconds, but you will never find yourself on a second date talking to a brick-wall like in Russia. Anybody who has dated in Russia also knows how sweet they become once in a relationship, unlike American girls who remain stable all throughout the process (which is what should be expected from confidence).

If a girl acts differently in direct accordance to her level of comfort with you, we are dealing with a situation of insecurity and not of calculating confidence. Though, I will concede to gold-digging allegations, which occur due to cultural pushes from family. The Russian woman is insecure in the first stages of dating, so self-conscious she would prefer silence to making a fool of herself. Even many of the "shit-tests" come from this point, think of how it would feel so much more comfortable for the girl to adopt that frame than one of closeness. In a logical state, she falls back of her family's pushiness for hypergamy but, after the workings of a good casanova, her emotions should make her forget. Once you are, in her eyes, the lover, she can relax into her natural and comfortable state where connection is not only easy, but far more rewarding than anywhere else (especially if you are the intellectual type into philosophy and so on...).

Testament to that is the fact that you will see, in Russia, model-quality dating absolute bums. Many seem to ignore that prominent fact when claiming all Russian girls are gold-diggers.

Welcome to the forum Steve. I don't disagree with what you're saying, but I get the feeling that you haven't lurked much or read a lot of the posts or threads about the FSU here.

Guys that have spent extensive time in the FSU are well aware of the cold 'front' presented by these girls that often gives way to a warm, pleasant personality.

Hot girls with ugly dudes is definitely one of the best features of FSU countries, Roosh wrote an article about this - The Busted Dudes Test. Meaning if you regularly see busted dudes with hot girls in a country, the girls there are worth pursuing.

I suggest you take a look at the big Ukraine thread, Slubu's thread in Russia, posts by Vorkuta, Greek Kamaki, Roosh, or some of the many other datasheets and discussions of Ukraine, Russia and other former Eastern Bloc countries to get a feel of how players at the RVF perceive EE women.

I don't think many players here are confused on these issues.

A lot of slavic women are money oriented.The way they behave is determined by society and history however.In countries like Ukraine a middle class has never really existed.This means that girls tend to concentrate on the same mega rich fuckers.This is the reason you can build a harem in Ukraine and it is considered normal(as foreigner you are perceived as wealthy belonging to 5% of population).
In countries like Poland a middle class has always existed(suppressed during communism but still) but has never really been really affluent(always under German or Russian Herren).In this regard the girls are used to extract small amounts of money from a variety of men who are supposed to have means but not enough indivividually to cover their needs.This means that the Russian girls go for the big kahoona(expensive presents etc) while polish girls are compromised with the coverage of daily needs(shopping in super market etc).This makes polish women look much more down to earth and explains why most polish women abroad work normal jobs while most Ukrainian women abroad prefer to work in bars or prostitute themselves(thy consider it stupid to make 1000 euro per month as a waiter when they can make over 5000 as a prostitute).It also explains why polish girls tend to date many guys and be open to more while Ukraiian ones try to find a wealthy one to cover all their needs not minding if they share him with other girls(they prefer to share with their girlfriends).

In western societies the affluent middle class is a considerable obstacle to mongering sicne it creates a princess mentality as girls imagine opportunities bigger than they actually are.It also creates conservatism,puritanism etc.Russians,Ukrainians former Soviet people are actually bewusst enemies of the middle class they regard it as boring and blunt.

Good posts guys.

I don't have much experience with EE but been curious what it takes. If I try to deal with them the same way I do in western europe, they right out tell me I'm rude/arrogant. In EE, It often felt like its matter of just showing up.

btw I'm young, above average looking (at least in EE), so as roosh mentions, do I have to be that beta nice guy?

There's time and place for everything.

Don't assume you have to be this or that way only because the girl is from EE. Just pay close attention to what they girl's feeling in the moment and adjust your level of so called 'western game' to that. I sometimes say fucked up/cocky/edgy things creating big fire but I don't get burned by it cause it fits into the rhythm of our interaction. AKA I'm attuned to girl's emotional state so it's quite clear when it's good time to amp it up

I have seen when I use techniques thoroughly contrived and executed and then a slavic guy comes out of nowhere and all goes boom.Even if you plan everything what you cannot plan is always more important.
Generally slavic girls can leave you with collossal erections and no matter how much you try to analyze the situation and why you failed you cannot get a proper answer.Let's attribute all this to slavic craziness anyway to which we all are fond of.

One thing I have noticed is that slavic especially polish women like non linear stuff.I mean it is to not be concrete so much more like being in a constant state of slight drunkeness.That is you have to talk in small sentences say basic important things and funny things and always start from the beginning.Slavic women like crazy people in a sense.The problem is that you can easily vanish in the river of slavicization and lose your identity completely becoming totally passive going with the flow it is very soft there.In the West the society is highly competitional and you have to get into many conflicts get beaten etc.Everyone stands his ground in the West and even people with no qualifications try to get the best possible.
