Approaching is easy as hell on Halloween.
- alcohol
- slutty girls
- social custom to ask what the hell are you supposed to be

Felt like college orientation.

My night consisted of walking to and from Georgetown, hanging out in some Bar on M-street, and then driving to Alexandria for some IHOP.

bullet points
- I brought some sand to the beach. (very sexy sand I might add, but sand nonetheless) - Call her Cat - but sand nonetheless
- my boy needs help with his winging, cause he'll ask some real fucked up questions
- Cat is great when she's drunk, and totally catty when she's not.
- Brazilians are God's, Jahovah's, YahWeh's, Jah's, Allah's, and Buddha's gift to man. My kingdom for a harem of Brazilians.
- M-Street in Midtown/Dupont/Connn was Asian and Soror Chick Central
- Georgetown - was underwhelming

I was trying to close the deal with Cat, but a mutual drunk as hell friend needed to sober up.

You see my dilemma. Have to let drunk friend sober up, and keep Cat tipsy.

You can guess what happened.
They both get sober, and no one (well Me) gets what they really want.

1) How'd y'all do?
2) In terms of pick up, is there a better holiday than Halloween? I don't think New Years really compares.

Best part of the night,

Both Drunk Guy and Cat go to their respective rest rooms.
While i'm politicking, 2 meatheads start throwing punches.

You've seen 1 frat boy fight, you've seen em all.

As that fight gets handled by the bouncers, 2 chicks start going at it.

One chick (with no titties) gets her split blouse pulled apart by a chick who I think was supposed to be Mystique from the X-Men movie, exposing those b-cups for all the world to see. Topless then gets into a hairpulling match with Mystique.

Good times, good times.

I did Adams Morgan. I got approached about 60 times for my costume... lots of picture taking, but girls wanted me to stay in character. I was too much of a gimmick. I do far better on non-halloween. The better my costume, the less i get it seems.

My costume was pretty simple.... but damn it was effective in attracting all the sexy "cop girls" at the bar I was at.. Lots of girls wanted pictures with me, and I probably could have gone home with one really hot little blonde cop girl. I had a great time with her, but let her go without a number even.. which was fine as I had different intentions while there (although now that I think about it, getting her # couldn't have hurt, lol).

Anyway.. exgf Cop Girl was there, watching me interact with all these other women - we talked a bit but I talked to other women more. At the end of the night, I broke in on her slow dance with some guy (last dance of the night) and we danced very close together. She loved that.

An amazing night though.. no lays, but that wasn't my intention and wasn't a "need" for me anyway... socializing was my goal, and I did an amazing job of socializing and building some attraction with various women.. including an ex... but at this point, she needs to prove herself to me.. not the other way around any more.

I agree with Roosh that non-Halloween was better. Friday was great opener desensitization practice with my costume and all, but Saturday was far more amenable to real approaches. Normal-size crowds rather than being unable to walk down the street. Some people still in costume but not a ton (I wasn't), so you could still use costume-related comments as an opener, but they would start conversations rather than people just continuing on their way.

I'll take New Years over this. New Years is also my birthday, which adds another layer of fun to it. Had I known last year what I know now, I think there's about a 95% chance I would have gotten laid that night (I had a perfect opportunity and didn't take advantage of it). I'm *very* tempted to do some sort of "you wanna be my birthday present?" opener this time around.
