I need advice/ Troubleshooting:
In the past year I have gotten many make outs (around 40-45). However I only got three bangs, and although thats not terrible considering I was 16 for most of the year, its not great. Anyway I need advice on how to convert more make outs and numbers into bangs. I am 6ft 1.5inches and have a great body, pretty good face but I can't capitalise on my leads. I was looking on other threads and saw some useful text game advice and stuff about calling girls etc.. but often I am not even getting numbers. I want a higher conversion ratio as realistically I cannot go out more than once a week, and need to do something about the girls I am already getting with (and who are attracted enough to make out and speak to me for 40 minutes plus) but am not banging or meeting again. Any advice?

Where are you meeting these girls?

How old are these girls you meet? This is a key component.

There are two problems:
Night game
I am meeting these girls at clubs, bars and parties. The girls are between 17 to 25, but mostly over 19 (so older than me). I am not bringing girls back to my house, the problem is girls flaking on me after a make out. I have had one girl back to my house (after a date) and banged her. The other two girls I banged in 2013 were in tents at parties. I live at home in the middle of nowhere, so bringing girls back to my house is not an option for me until next year. I know that this hasn't helped as I have twice been with girls who were down to go to mine, only for us to agree to meet up sometime when they find I live 40 minute from town.

Day game:
I approached 50 girls over 2 months. I got a few make outs out of this and four dates, but no notches. There was a lot of flaking, but most of the dates not working out was due to logistics. I am more worried about the night game at the moment.

Keep going out and learning more.

Try to get better logistics and always go for the bang even if it is in your car.

Thanks man, I agree I need to just keep working on it. I think my breath may smell bad when I go out: just realised that I often have subway- with onion, before going out, and on New Years a bouncer even commented my breath smelt of onion. So I'll stop doing that and have a few sticks of gum. That probably doesnt help my post makeout flake. Also, I need to get more numbers from girls I get with as adding on fb is useless.
Any further advice/ new perspectives would be appreciated.

Subway with onion before going out? Yes, you should not have onion breath when going out. I fucked up and didn't brush my teeth enough when younger. Don't make the same mistake, have shit with you so that you can brush/floss in a subway restroom or wherever you are before you go out. Don't forget to scrape that tongue as most bad breath occurs there.

This is game 101 to be on top of your hygiene/looks. You will go far if you keep learning/improving.

Yeah it hadn't even consciously occurred to me that I was doing it/ it makes your breath stink until I was trying to think why I was getting flaked on so much post make out. Also I floss every day, brush my teeth, have good hair etc, so its annoying (although probably not the only reason Ive been getting flaked on a lot) that this was happening.

In addition to advices above, I also suggest that you find a real life alpha friend and become very good with him - alpha friend + RVF will make you learn hame much faster and the alpha will also make you get out of the house to party with him, while he won't be afraid to critique you for beta and bad behavior.

Also, things change as you get older. Social shit that women key into and all that. Stigmas. I learned this the hard way when I got a girl, 24 or so, into bed at a small party and then she promptly ran off after she asked my age and I replied honestly, "17."

Not to mention that you will get manlier in the next couple years.

I've always had bad breath if I don't wash my mouth thoroughly because I like to drink and smoke more than average, and I've been using the method below - it fixed the problem for me, so if your breath seems bad no matter how thoroughly you wash it, this might help you:

Try using a 3% hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash for about 2 minutes (just swish it around in your mouth) - it will kill all the smell-producing bacteria in your mouth, clean any food remains on your teeth (no flossing required at all), and it's also good for whitening your teeth; just don't swallow it or use it more than once per day (so you don't damage your enamel, it's still an acid, after all), and after spitting it out wash your teeth with toothpaste to get a minty breath and to clean any leftover peroxide.
It's not even expensive - one 100ml bottle lasts for a few months, can cost as low as 4 bucks and can be found in any drug store or on the Internet; I like to smoke cigarettes and drink more than your average Joe and it still whitened my teeth a bit after 2-3 months (I've been using it about twice or thrice a week).

If this doesn't make your breath smell like rainbows then I don't know what will.

Yeah I have a similar problem in that I can get a makeout when I go out clubbing relatively well (using dancefloor game) but converting it into a SNL is much harder. I don't really approach girls in the classic sense because most of the girls at my uni run around in packs and I barely have the game knowledge to approach one, so this makes it harder to improve my game overall, as I think social circle is quite important unless you're naturally good looking good at game.
Also im trying online dating to try and get practical experience at going out on dates etc. but found the experience terrible because I'd be able to get numbers fine from it but converting it into a date was frustrating the flake rate was fucking annoying. However I did get a date of tinder but that didn't lead to anything as she only had an hour to meet up before she had to go.
