approach locations
Im going through a crappy situation.i imagined attending community college will bring infinite notches but i realize its full of overwieght sluts and 40 year old moms. Do you guys have any places in mind that actually have good logistics to approach chicks..since im 18 im looking for places that doesnt involve bars and clubs..ive tried starbucks. But any other ideas?

Where do you live?
Generally a coffee shop is a good start, but if there's crap talent at school, IDK.

Are you at LACC? How about other campuses, like UCLA or USC? Public library, or the mall.

If it is that bad you should consider transfering to another CC. Santa Monica CC, Pasadena CC, have some nice girls I hear, well that is if you're not there already. Nice logistics around these campuses.

Dude I'm in the exact same boat as you. You def. need to transfer to Smc because lacc is a pretty depressing place, had I not not moved to San Diego 6 months ago I would have went to smc even though lacc was right down the road. I'm a newb as well but based on what other people on the thread suggested, your best shot is approaching girls who are by themselves and look bored. Some good advice in this thread regarding making the most out of community college. /thread-30558.html

You're 18? I'd recommend approaching high school chicks. One of my biggest regrets in life is that I thought approaching 16 and 17 year olds was "weird" at that age.

What was the CC in SF valley, in Van Nuys I think? I left LA 25 years ago so my knowledge of the city is for shit. Also - try the grocery stores, esp the expensive places - Whole Foods, Sprouts, Trader Joe's. Bookstores, like Barnes & Noble. Is Bodhi Tree still around? Pick up newagey chicks, just brush up on your BS chick crack (astrology, crystals, alternative spiritual stuff). Melrose shopping district? Any area like that with foot traffic. Venice Beach boardwalk?

Get involved in some kind of activity. That can get a social circle going, plus you're doing something fun. Shooting range, motorcycling, dirt biking, mountain biking, skateboarding. For any of that stuff, you can find a good store and get to know those dudes and they can hook you up with other people. I used to crew on a sailboat doing low-level racing. These guys were damn competitive, mis-handle the flying jib and the better captains would never let you crew again for them.
