Ok,

First off I am a 43 year old, athletic and fit, decent looking guy. I was wearing high quality clothes and an awesome shirt. I was walking through the mall and two younger girls came out of Victoria Secret right in front of me. I gave a quick stare to the hot one. I am guessing only 20 years old.

So gives me a quick look as well as her friend. So my initial reaction is dam I want to approach but she is too young and she will think I am her dad.

Well they start walking about 10 yards in front of me through the mall and they keep sneaking looks directly back at me as I am walking.

So now I am getting confused, do they like me or do they think I am a creep? I slow down to separate a great distance. But they continue to look.

So they walk into Younkers, exactly were I was going anyway. and they get in there and they keep stopping behind little islands of displays and sneak looks back at me.

I am really wanting to approach but I come up with the excuse girls in that age I figure wouldn't be interested in me so I take the escalator up stairs and as I am going up, I look out and there are those two girls watching me go up the stairs and soon as I make eye contact they sneak behind some clothes.

Ok, Please advise? What was going on there and should have I approached?

Even though I am 43 I feel like I am at beginner game level. I suck at night game, I know day game is where it is at for me. When I go to South America I approach lots of girls during the day but for some reason I am much more reserved in the USA. I guess it may because I feel younger women in their 20's aren't interested in a early 40's guy. So I try to target girls in their early 30's.

What is others opinion on ages for targeting for a guy in early 40's?

But in South America 18 years olds fall in love with me. I went to a University in Dominican Republic a couple weeks ago and approached 4 different hotties and got all of their phone numbers and they are writing me today ready for me to play with when I return.

So here in the USA I am more shy and always come up with an excuse not to approach.

About 15 minutes after I saw those two younger girls I saw a woman about 28 that was a 10! I did pull the excuse me line and asked her opinion on an item and she was the nicest woman I have talked in a while. She was in there buying her boyfriend shoes and also she said she buys him watches, etc. Dam, lucky guy. Since she seemed serious in love with her boyfriend I settled for a short conversation.

yeah, you should have approached if nothing else than for the experience. You could even have said "hey, this might seem awkward, but I was going to buy some kinky underwear for a girlfriend and wanted your opinion, she is a little younger than you" just for shock value


edit: someone like gio would probably have had them trying on kinky shit and posing for him. he is like 38?

Age doesn't seem to matter these days, look at some of these young dudes in there 20s... a lot are in bad shape from bad diet and video games, If a younger girl likes you and the chemistry is right go for it. I've been seeing a 23 yo Austrian/Ukranian (who is now 26) for the last three years, i am 47 now but keep in shape , dress well, financially independent. We split because she wants the family thing ...and ive already done it. But hey just go with the flow if they think your creepy they will let you know..if they think your "cool" ..they will also let you know.

I think you solved your own problem right there. Get out of the USA. Any country where young hotties are falling in love with you is where you need to be. As they say in real estate, "location, location, location is everything".

There is nothing wrong with these openers. They can work if they are said with the proper amount of self-belief..

I just want to make a point about Simplicity..

If you are inexperienced, don't feel like you need to come up with any elaborate or fancy lines. Simple is often better than fancy.

If 2 young girls are literally staring at me, I might just say:

hello
hi
hey
whats up

Or, I might blow them a kiss.

Just a thought.

I think sometimes guys try to come up with something clever to say but, as a beginner, that isn't always necessary. Keep it simple until you have more experience. With more experience, the clever lines start to flow naturally.

In this case, the op said nothing at all. This was probably caused by "paralysis by over-analysis".He was racking his brain in search of the perfect line..

"Hi" would have been good enough.

Any time I see that, I just assume they were using a banned IP address and had previous accounts that were habitual trolls.

Also, he didn't get banned for this thread. He got banned after that ridiculous post about girls that expect you to pay for their clothes -- which was more like the plot of an old sitcom than any version of reality most of us have known.
