Gentlemen, it has been too long. I have been working on some foundational stuff and got lost in the hustle for dollars, promotions and cool gadgets. Anyways, I am about to switch things up with the living situation. Inspired by roosh and other geographically independent people that I respect, I have been focusing minimizing my expenses and living a more minimalist lifestyle. So I decided to get a spot with roommates.

In 2 weeks, I'll be moving into an apartment with 2 FINE Ukrainian Girls, and a dude who is living with his gf. Now before I ask for your expertise; some additional background is important. Making this move means that I have an extra $1K in disposable income right off the bat. Mind you that's an extra G over my earlier savings plans, its pretty crazy! My friend has taken my furnishings so I am moving in with a mattress, books and clothes (its like college all over again). Now onto my goals:

- The 2 Girls: Would be spectacular to pull a vicky christina () barring that, I wouldn't mind pulling one in for a casual thing (the cuter one is NANNY). If that is not possible either - then I wouldn't mind having some eye candy at the crib.

- Furnishings: I want to keep it minimal, but still inviting enough for the girls that I bounce back to feel comfortable. Definitely thinking of getting a leather sofabed. I know its not minimalistic but definitely dual use.

- Couchsurfing: I am planning on hosting a few people once in while. My intentions for hosting couchsurfers are pretty decent - I am willing to host both guys and girls as long they willing to put me up in their home country or are truly chill people. Trying to spread the good karma. I am not planning on banging any couchsurfers, but want them to feel comfy at the crib.

- Bar: Planning on having a decent mix of liquor, top shelf brands.

I know I wrote a lot of stuff so fellas, I need your advice on all of the major categories I have mentioned. My money situation is going to be amazingly good, so I don't mind shaking things up.

Advice appreciated, if you are in Boston, a couch will be available!

The obvious thing would be to attack one of the girls, but since they are living there I would tread slowly and size up the situation. I would however try and work girls outside to bring back to your place.

Living under the same roof will automatically bring you together with your room-mates.

As for the drinks, make sure you have red wine, tequila and some champagne on hand at all times.

I believe there is a post here about unique things guys have in there apartments, that attract women.

I should also define vicky christina: Its from the woody allen movie, where the male actor bangs two best friends (albeit at different times) while he also maintains a sexual relationship with an ex wife. He is incredibly direct.

I am definitely aware of the pitfalls of banging one or both of the girls but my goal is to keep it casual - if it gets complicated, I know I'll have to move.

Good call on the drinks, I'll buy all of them plus thinking of getting some grey goose. Vodka is that multipurpose liquor. Patron for Tequila, Rossi Champagne and thinking of an Italian Red Wine to round out the mix.

Yes, I have definitely read the thread on items that attract women but I was hoping for advice more along the basics:

For ecample: I am getting a platform bed with storage drawers underneath to hold my undershirts, boxers. I have an all in one computer that has computer, tv, cd player and radio. The leather sofabed I mentioned, that's both stylish and practical.

So any other ideas for minimalistic yet practical items?

In the past I would have said attack the girls..but experience has shown me otherwise. The situation always ends up fucked..I would just keep things platonic, use them for eye candy and for cooking and cleaning around the apt.

Furnishings: definitely get yourself some lighting that casts double shadows over the apt. It classes up a ratty place and get's the juices flowing. I'd also say get a good sound system and a wireless transmitter for on the go tunes.

Bar: Have some good wines ready. I just posted a new thread in Everything Else (/thread-3493.html). I'd add some sweet girly stuff, like Amaretto, Schnapps, sour mix etc. and then some hard stuff like Glennfiddich.

Apart from that dude, just rock and roll and keep the vibe going. Sounds like a good set up you have going.

You should avoid bangin your roommates as long as possible. They are bound to have hot ass friends that you can pounce on. You bang a roommate and you are closed off to all the friends. Bang em on the way out.

I think Fisto is right, I'm not going to comment from experience on this one, but I know a few friends that have hooked up with roommates and it never ended well. The possibility is always there as the proximity and time getting to know each other (building attraction) often makes it an easy option, but there are a bunch of issues that arise as a result. The most obvious being jealousy, either they get jealous and crazy with you, one is jealous of the other, or you end up getting more into them then planned, and get jealous when they start bringing other guys around. I'd agree the best bet is to work social circle game and get introduced/hooked up with their friends. If they end up liking you, they might end up serving up one of their hot friends on a silver platter.

As far as the other situations go, from my experience I can say that living with a couple can be a pain in the ass. They always count themselves as a single unit when it's in their best interest (splitting up costs, rent, bills, etc.), but then consider themselves two seperate people/entities when it plays in their favor in the other direction. I'd say always be firm and draw up your boundaries/expectations from the start. It always sucks when they team up with each other against you on various issues.

Also, creating a comfortable situation is always key when bringing girls over, so don't skimp out on a nice couch, or at least create a chill atmosphere with comfy rugs, pillows, cushions, etc. A good sound system for music is nice, as well as a TV for chilling watching movies, dvds, etc., although you might want that in your room.

I know what you are saying -- but in terms of feasibility, you don't think if I were able set up a casual bang situation with ONE of the girls, it would still turn out ugly? I'm talking about 'we got drunk and banged once in a while' type of a deal, instead of hittin it every week. I mean more like a booty call situation.

Do you know what double shadow lighting is called? I would definitely want to get that.

Good deal on wine..its kinda bad because I get extremely sleepy after drinking instead of willing to make moves. I'm considering keeping 420 and E-tabs on deck as well.

Actually this is a good point. So how do you suggest I play it? I'm talking from moving in (in 2 weeks) to seeing what's up? I am looking to break the ice and basically assert myself as a chilled out guy. I have never been in this situation, so I was thinking of making some drinks and just chillin in the living room with them. Of course, there is the guy and his girl, I don't mind inviting them as well. This guy, if he gets vindictive can blow my standing with the girls, so I need to keep him pacified. He SEEMS like an ok dude but he did ask me if I had a gf, to which I replied 'I see girls off and on" and he said 'oh you're a playboy'. I brushed it off by changing topics, but I am thinking that he knows that the two girls are more than bangable and I might be making moves.

So if you have any details on establishing a solid vibe from day one, please do share. I do like the idea of 2 hott girls giving me social proof ANYWHERE I roll out.

Yea, I'm seeing what you guys are talking about but having such hotness in proximity is so tempting. Sine most of my game involves playing offense, meaning picking up the girl, trying to bring her back to the crib - this throws me off because they are already IN the house and if I am avoiding the bang then wtf do I need to do to get them interested enough to recommend me to friends or even be my wingwomen when we roll out to a lounge? Realtalk, all of my female friends are either too old, too ugly (great personality), so I have not figured out this whole friends with hot females bit.

I hear you on the couple. The good thing is that they do pay for utilities separately. I am not sure about conflicts but I do know that I have a formal lease so I am not about to be kicked around. As for the furniture, I am getting a black leather sofabed, definitely a surround soundsystem and having a few DVDs and CDs on deck. Also getting a wii hooked up.

I am already getting couchsurfing requests! I haven't even moved to the spot yet. I am going to hold off on the surfers until I get really cool with the girls and that couple.

Yea, the logic is airtight. All this time I had been working to get the girls home, and now I got some fine booty at home but can't touch it. On the flip side I can't complain about the eye candy or the fact that coming home is going to be good.
