I support this claim from my own child rearing experiences. Especially with this quote from the article "Fraught: Debbi is finding herself arguing with toddler Sam on a regular basis" I've seen women completely engaged in arguments with their young children...thats the point where it goes off the rails. When you are arguing with a 3 year old you've lost, you tell a 3 year old what to do, explain things to them, punish them when they don't listen and encourage them when they are behaving well. Wait until you've seen a 3 year old and adult parent calling each other names. When a 3 year old can push your buttons you've lost.

Children need fathers. They need to see that side of humanity and feel that they have some kind of link to it.

I'll put my two cents worth of practical experience in here.

In my view, mothers take care of the kids, fathers teach the kids by example. Simple as that.

Right now my kids are young (4 and 1). Their mother takes "care" of them and she does it well. This includes physical and emotional support. So I have a tough time agreeing that women are just better with "babies."

I am developing myself (e.g. going to the gym, eating right, maintaining frame, dressing well, gaming).

One of my conscious reasons for this development is so my kids can benefit from seeing me in "action" rather than hearing my lectures sporting a fat belly in the future.

Here's my experience raising 2 kids:

NEVER let a mom raise a son after the age of 8 or so. In primitive tribes they pull the boys away from their moms and take them off the "the men's village" to initiate them into male society. I believe that is totally correct. Smart moms I know have literally pushed their boys away. "This boy needs men" they say. "Get him away from me!"

Most women lose their maternal instincts when kids are 5 or so. At this point, if they are a feminist, they'll be a rotten mom.

Yep. Same with dogs. My little 25 pound Lhasa (think big Shih Tzu) knows he can act like a dick with my girlfriend and Mom. Acts like a little soldier waiting to take orders when I'm around.

Once the baby learn to walk , it will learn to run . Once the baby start running , it will start exploring . And pray to god when the baby explore because nothing annoy a female like a kid wanting to play or ask curious questions . If they could , kids would be like robots program only to be cute .

modern women are incapable of doing anything. They need govt to tell them how to raise children.

They seem to want a cross nailed to their backs as they are all going to sacrifice themselves/looks/career for the good of human civilization.

Or another way to look at this article...the demonisation process of young boys.

Great points. I was about to mention the "Dog Whisperer." Hapless owners, usually women (and less often men who don't know anything about dogs), deem a dog completely unruly, sometimes even on the verge of putting them to sleep. Then Cesar comes in and often controls the dog by imposing rules and limitations from the very first meeting.

The backbone of this is to never let a dog sense nervousness. Lead with 'calm, assertive energy,' as Cesar likes to say. Indeed there are women who are capable of raising children through calm assertive energy, without letting their emotions take over when their child has misbehaved. But the reality is, in the West, it's probably more common that women argue with their 3 year old than to enforce proper rules as the kids get older. Western women these days, in general, are too emotional to assume the role of enforcer effectively.

But then again, this is becoming increasingly true for many men, as well.

Which leads to the million dollar question.

Where is the boy's father ?? Id he involved ?? I'd say likely not enough.

His job is not so much to regulate the kid so much as to regulate his wife and set the overall tone of the household.

This is the truth. Having worked with children for years, of all ages, I quickly realized that boys from ages 7 and up become increasingly dependent on a male role model.

Girls, on the other hand, seem to raise themselves. They subconsciously model their behavior in order to win approval of their family and peers.
