Would definitely work if you look reasonably good and have extreme self-confidence and an unshakable ego. Bonus points if you have chicks on both arms. I have a shirt that says "I Sex Ed"

Are you truly asking about gimmicky t-shirts?

OF COURSE THEY WORK...

That is they work if you know what to do when you get attention (be it positive or negative)

So in essence, they don't work, you still have to do the work necessary to open a conversation and push the seduction along.

Believe it or not, I've actually had some success running "I'm a virgin" game, albeit, not with a t-shirt. That would probably be over-board.

This only works with certain girls.

Fuck yeah you can pull it off. Shit, I would wear it and be like " So, are you gonna buy me drink or what" with biggest shit-eating grin. You gotta wear it ironically though and be a ballsy motherfucker. Girls will definitely ask you about it and tease you with it. I would just look at them, touch them and be like " you're so not going to hit this" with a smirk.
