Could be a yeast infection. Could be STD. Either way, she needs to get that shit checked out. I guess it could have been something she ate or due to dehydration, it is a hot summer, but that is extremely unlikely.

A yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis seems most likely. It could also be normal but if it hasn't happened before, she's got to have something going on down there.
