Hi all!

This is my first post. I've been a lurker on this forum for a long time..Great source of info and I can vouch that much of it is true about Central Europe and Southeast Asia.

A little background info on myself: I'm originally from a small town in Illinois near Chicago, but only spent a small fraction of my life there. Since 2000, I've been living all over the place. I was in the Army for 7 years (4 of which were in Germany, where I experienced a lot of the good life), and after the army, I move to a small Central European country that I don't really hear much about on here. Was a great time, but family and work pressed me to return to the states so I moved to San Diego. Beautiful place and all, couldn't handle the traffic and cars after awhile. Girls were nice enough, but got sick of hearing about TV sitcoms and other mindless shit. It's true, most of these girls can't hold a decent conversation. Anyways, after a few years of that crap I decided it was time to go, and moved to Prague with 3 friends. Right now I have some income but it's not enough to give me the middle class lifestyle I'm used to. I've been working on a project for about a year now with some friends and this is what we came up with:

I know, the market is saturated but this is a big industry. I'm not looking for any customers on here but would be cool to get some insight from a few people. A lot of intelligent, experienced people on here. I'm still a newbie, and at the end of the day I'm just a simple man from a simple village. Right now I'm just trying to boost some traffic while we build in more features for the site. It's a huge pain in the ass to get quality traffic. My friends think paid ads are a scam..Anyone have any luck with those?

Welcome, so I have a question, these are girls you hired, took pics of and are selling online? I assume it is easier to pay them a fee than trying to split the take?

Do you do streaming or just pics? In streaming, I mean it is live and guys pay to ask the girls dumb questions and stick things in their vaginas.

Not a bad idea, if anything, you probably score a few bangs out of it.

The chicks just submit their stuff and we basically sell it for them. Guys can get on there, haven't had any yet though. There's vids and video chat is coming soon. We keep a small part of what they make and send the payments out with western union and so on.

Sweet idea...just a matter of promotion I guess getting the content and selling it will need a lot of awareness.

If I may offer an additional thought. If you want to have guy content on there (money is money), maybe make a sister site. Since you have already developed the infrastructure it is probably pretty easy to replicate. As a guy it would be a big turn off to see some half naked dude on the home page.

I agree with you there but my buddy who's in on it with me wants to try segregating gay and straight stuff by choosing what you want to see at signup. We will see how that works. Might end up getting another site setup.

Looks like amateur stuff you can get for free all over the web.

If you can't get traffic, how are you getting chicks to submit their content?

I run paid ads to some affiliate sites I own (mainly credit offers and dating), and Ive had decent success with them. A few ad networks that are popular within the adult world that I hear people talk about is Traffic Junky, Juicy Ads,and Exoclick.

I don't operate in the Adult Niche, but I have some Adult Marketing ebooks that I can send your way that can probably help you out with generating traffic, optimizing your site for max conversions, more revenue opportunities, etc. Send me a pm if you are interested.

We've been using social networks, it has limited success so far. Getting the content is much easier than selling. Sure there's tons of free shit out there but I believe there's still a market for paid sites if they fit the bill. Clearly this site has a long way to go, but I believe it has some potential. I'm just not the best at marketing this sort of thing, it's harder than I thought it would be.

If you haven't already I'd suggest you check out gfy.com as it's a forum for porn webmasters.

If you can get content as cheaply and easily as you say selling to the big sites might be a better option than trying to monetize the site yourself.
