Yes exactly. You are supposed to learn TKD and Hapkido together and then you are set. Most schools, especially in America will not teach you Hapkido. I was fortunate enough to learn some from my TKD master, but even I did not learn nearly enough.

I did learn some cool weapons fighting though. I was deadly with a bo-staff.
