This is breaking news right now: Gavin McInnes, probably one of the most "red pill" writers in the mainstream, has been forced to take a leave of absence from his job after a Thought Catalog article he wrote about transsexuals went viral and got noticed by Gawker:

Quote:Gavin McInnes, the co-founder of Vice magazine and current CCO of Rooster, an ad agency he founded in 2010, has been asked to take an "indefinite leave of absence" from Rooster after publishing an article titled "Transphobia Is Perfectly Natural" on white supremacist publication Thought Catalog.

Adweek reports that the article, which is not worth reading, sparked an outcry encouraging clients of Rooster to stop associating with the company. In response, Rooster decided to remove McInnes from his position.

Keep in mind that this is less than a week after it was revealed that Gawker Media was allowing 4chan to troll Jezebel's female staffers with rape and gore porn for months. I'd ask how people like Dayna Evans (the author of the attack piece against McInnes) sleep at night, but that would assume they have souls.

Anyway, Evans' Twitter is here and her webpage is here. Looks like she's another low-paid hatchet girl whose employment situation is tenuous. Plus, her Google search results are sublime. It'd be a shame if something were to happen to them...

(Disclosure: McInnes and I write for Takimag and I've been a fan of his for years, but I don't know the guy personally.)
