This may get hate, but San Francisco. Never lived there though (aware of rents issue). Much like a woman, you cannot retain the high you get from a new city. Over time, it just becomes your new reality. Maybe the best city is not the 8 equivalent, but that reliable 6-7, solid and dependable. Easy to fly in/out of. I think the UK/Europe is good for this because you can access so many different cultures so quickly.

When I was 24yo, I took my first extended trip outside of the US to Rio de Janiero for 3 months. My uncle was living in a condominium overlooking the beach in Leblon, and he had an extra bedroom for me to stay in. So I packed my bags, bought my ticket and off I was to Brazil. I remember my first week there, I never felt such happiness before when traveling. It had everything I desired in a city, laid back vibe, amazing turquoise beaches, beautiful exotic women walking around half-naked, delicious food, and the gorgeous scenery. It felt as if I traveled to a land in another galaxy, it was certainly something out of a this world. That was back in 2002, and this was the first and only time I really fell in love with a city. Strangely enough, I went back 7 years later, and It didn't have that same feeling. It was an enjoyable trip, but was missing that special something.

I only spent 48 hours in Yangon, but it was truly magical. Nothing to do with women or drinking, but culturally it was unbelievable, the people were so immensely kind, and I loved every minute of it. I will never go back.

In terms of places I will return to, Mexico City blew away my expectations. It is green, clean, affluent, has phenomenal nightlife, beautiful women, plenty of museums, cheap and tasty good, and my friends there ball hard.

Montreal Canada, when I went for the IB student world conference at Mcgill university i completely fell in love in love with the city and the girls were just amazing. Europeans, Asians, Africans everything you want.

I love Bangkok. It's just a damn cool city that mixes in old with new. It's a bit too packed in for most people's tastes and it's grimy but still an exciting place. Plus, with the infrastructure it's fairly easy to get around unlike a lot of other SEA cities.

Back in the day I fell in love with rio and wanted to live there. It is very unique, a cosmopolitan city where you can hail a cab and yet walk to a beautiful beach. The women beautiful and sexy. However, it became too expensive and played out by all the thirsty tourists.

Like women love affairs don't last long. The novelty wears off and before you know it, you are searching for greener pastures.

I absolutely love Hong Kong, but I haven't lived there. I go there regularly enough for one or two week vacations, but currently it isn't a place where I can maximize my earning/costofliving equation.

I actually really like Toronto. Obviously, the women tend to be bitches, but I love the city for other reasons. It's one part of Canada that I actually feel totally at home.

My current city, Beijing, is not a place I've fallen in love with. I really enjoy living here and I like the city and will most certainly be spending a fair amount of time here in the future, but the city fails to inspire me like Hong Kong does. It lacks a perceivable skyline, the architecture is nothing to brag about and there is just far too much drab sprawl.

However, it has a number of advantages that make it very livable in terms of the vast variety of fun things to do while in town.

But it isn't a city where I think that I will ultimately settle. I want to see more places before I make that decision, if I ever make that sort of decision.

In America:

Texas.

I love the culture and the vibe down there, everybody is extremely friendly (that southern hospitality). It's one of my favorite states in America, it has everything from great festivals in Austin to Tex-Mex culture down in San Antonio and the valley (south Texas). Cowboy dances and rodeo festivals in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area you name it. I like the fact that you have a range of cities to choose from when it comes to the job market and overall where to have a good time like El Paso, Corpus Christi (Selena Quintanilla country), Houston, Dallas/Fort-Work, Lubbock, College Station, Austin you name it. I never got bored while living there for a year. Its not like in Chicago where once you leave the city you see nothing but corn and don't see a big city until you get to Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Fly bitches everywhere in Texas, white girls with Texan accents, Black girls with amazing asses, I remember going to Texas seeing some of the finest Black girls with huge asses, maybe its the diet down there but I haven't seen black girls that fly outside Texas, and the finest Mexican mamis i've seen in the whole country are in South Texas. Many Mexican girls in Texas are from or are descendants of the northern Mexican states Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Sonora, Sinaloa, etc... I also like the fact that its very close to Mexico and you can literally go on a bus for cheap and go back and forth like TexasMade does all the time. The weather also beats Chicago by a landslide (too cold in Chicago). I would definitely be going to Texas in the near future to live.


Outside America:

Guadalajara, Mexico

Fly women, everything a city offers, great food, good nightlife, close to Puerto Vallarta when you get bored, just overall a good vibe and atmosphere. Most important I like the warm-heart nature of the Mexicans especially very feminine women who actually love being feminine. I love their way of thinking in Mexico, they still hold very traditional strong family values and ideals which I think lacks a lot in America. They make an excuse to party and drink some fucking tequila. I love Mexico.

I'm definitely interested in seeing more of Mexico. I had a blast in Mexico City last year. My main problem with that city though is the pollution. It's really, really bad and I'd be worried about my long-term health. I need to check out Monterrey too, but I have the feeling that city might be kind of boring to live in even though the girls are hot. From the photos it looks like Phoenix but in Mexico.

For me I'd say Yokohama, it can be pretty fun and crazy if you know the places, the rents are more reasonable than Tokyo, less crowded, more open spaces and the girls are more open than than other cities in Japan from my experience, history may has something to do with that. Easy to get to Tokyo, Kamakura and Odawara.

I'd heard good thing about Fukuoka too, most Fukuoka girls I've met are pretty slutty.

Barcelona. It has everything I want in a city: beaches, interesting architecture, good public transit, it's very walkable with plenty of interesting neighborhoods. If you want to get to the mountains, they're only a train ride away too.

Great observation. Most of my LTRs in Japan have been from Kanagawa/Yokohama rather than Tokyo.

Santa Barabara has to be the best city in the U.S. for males getting laid with quality young white chicks from the age of puberty to 25yo. As long as you can look and lie about being 25 or younger it is really great.

I have been in love with it, don't know how long it will last. Haven't been here a year yet.

For Me: Amsterdam

It`s a really cool city. Legalized Weed. Legalized Red Light district if you`re into that. Drink beer in the Movie theaters if you want. Tall blonde women. But even if you don`t like that - Amsterdam will give you access to drunk and high tourist girls from all over the world. Good food. Underrated. Access to any other major European city is a short flight away. People all speak English. Great museums and scenery. Only drawback is that it`s expensive. But not as expensive as London or Paris.

I've enjoyed many of the cities I've lived and I always try to focus on the positives because there will always be things that are less than optimal.

My top three that I've lived in have to be:

Barcelona: Has the total package as others have said. Beach, weather, culture, commerce ect.
DF Mexico City: So much to do.
Florence: In my opinion the best food and architecture you will ever find. Runied a bit by tourists but hey. Get outside the city and you'll see how gorgeous the rest of Tuscanny is. Excep Pisa. Total waste of time.

Rome. Incredible architecture, history, culture, food, and tons of shit to do in general. The girls are average as we all know, but for me thats never been that much of an issue.
