I really believe that all men are born alpha except some special cases. Approach anxiety, oneitis and pedestalisation are things that come from society. Now admittedly, I am a recovering beta who spends days day dreaming about girls that don't give a fuck about me. But I have some alpha friends and have noticed that we differ in what we put into our heads. The naturals I know tend to stay away from beta shit I regularly digest. Shit like:

Religion and bullshit institutions. I was brought up in a Christian home and went to church every Sunday. Shit like sex is dirty, sex is only for married people and thinking evil women should be thrown into 9th hell did not help me on my path to alpha. Only recently have I given up on the cosmic god who doesn't have a wife and his virgin son. All the alphas I know have never read the Bible.

Relationships with women and delusional betas. I never had brothers and grew up with my older sister. That turned me into a soft kitten because I had a dominant women in my life. Not having male companions and being stuck in the friendzone will turn an asshole into a pussy. Marriage will kill the alpha too. Lots of naturals I know don't have a lot of female friends.

Media. Shit like fairy tales, Prince Charming and Sleeping Beauty don't help anyone on the quest to Alpha. Neither do love songs or soapies and anything with Hugh Grant. Stay the fuck away from that shit. Real men watch Rambo, Taken and sport. So I now support a team. Porn doesn't help either. How many 'playas' do you know who listen to Celine Dion?

If there is beta in a man, it came from somewhere else. Lessen the beta or completely amputate that shit.

I would also suggest disassociating oneself from people who have beta tendencies.

It's a nice notion that you can try and help your fellow man, some may have their eyes opened, some may scoff at what you show them.

Actually, approach anxiety is biological, not socially-conditioned. Roosh confirms this, evolutionary psychologists confirm it. Our ancestors did not approach unknown women. They cavorted with women within their own village/tribe via more formal initiations (e.g. arranged marriages). Cold approaching a stranger in a grocery store or opening on someone in a dive bar is a very new idea to mankind.

I did not suffer from AA until I was rejected a couple of times and told to fuck off. How do you explain guys who approach strangers in broad daylight? Where did the AA go? I am not afraid of getting hit but of rejection. That is why ugly girls do not give me AA.

Approaching women when you weren't an alpha male in a group of 40 people would chastise you, and could get you killed by the more dominant men. It is totally evolutionarily ingrained into us to not go talk to strangers.

That being said, today, in a world of 7 billion people, and in cities of even half a million, you won't probably ever see that girl again, so get approaching.

It is just like the fears of public speaking, you just have to practice and the fear can be silenced.

So you dont like that God doesnt have a wife yet you cant be Alpha if you are married.

I am not pushing for anyone to have certain beliefs but your understanding of religion and the bible seems to be poor at best.
