Staying motivated
So it's Friday and I'll be working all night. I work a lot and often work nights and weekends. But I love what I do and I make good dough. I wonder if you guys could share ways to stay motivated even with a lack of being able to go out when it's really busy/crowded. In other words, what are some creative ways you keep your approach count high?

RE: Staying motivated
Find time.
If you can find time to post on the forum, you can most likely afford an hour to go out and bang a few approaches out.

Not trying to be flippant. I myself work two jobs. One from 9AM - 4PM, then I serve at a restaurant for a 5:30PM - close / when I'm cut. I still go out 5 nights a week Tuesday - Saturday. No matter how tired I am I will go out.
I have a sore throat and I'm feeling a bit of a cold coming on - still going out tonight. I might even get a few bitches sick.

Keep grinding brother.

Grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference

This is an opportunity in my opinion. I've grown tired of the bar scene since too many 6s think they're 9s. Take this time to work on your day game. If anything this is a good opportunity to set up multiple
Dates and if one bails, at least you got work to occupy you.

What if time simply doesn't avail itself?
I recently became employed but the hours are brutal - out of the door at 5:30am and home for 9:30pm. It's physically demanding and leaves me with hardly any energy. Outside of time for sleep and meals there's very little I can do. I get 1 day off a week and I don't see how it's possible to do much of anything with that.

I had to ask myself if there was a point to working a job like that. There wasn't, for me, so I quit.

If you're working towards something, just finish the project and enjoy the fact that there will be a time when your hard work pays off. Maybe look at online game in the meantime.

RE: Staying motivated
For what it's worth: I went out last night after writing that post and took down a new notch. Now at 39 total. 8th new lay for the month June.

I worked at 9AM at my first job then got off at 4PM. I then went home to eat quickly and change into my serving clothes to go work my restaurant job at 5:30. I waited tables till they sent me home around 9PM. Went home, ate quick, took a shower, checked the forum, got dressed and headed out the door solo to hit Whyte Avenue, a popular nightlife region in my city. I was fucking exhausted, had a sore throat, and achy muscles.
Bumped into an old friend that is also into the red-pill sphere (but he's more into RSD than anything else) and we ended up taking two girls back to their hotel room (they were visiting from a small town nearby and were in Edmonton for some girls birthday).

I am incredibly happy I had the resolve to go out last night - and I will be doing this again tonight. Also, my throat isn't quite as sore anymore Wink

The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference
