Haha I'm really surprised so many people are into tinned herring. I thought this would get like 1 or 2 people saying "eh my grandma ate that stuff I'll stick with chocolate protein powder thanks".

What is it that makes international players like tinned fish? It's like how feminists like cats...

Good thread. Smoked herring is one of my favorite types of fish. In the US it is sold at Trader Joe's stores for around $2.25 a tin. This brand is imported from Germany and the cans do not have any toxic BPAs in the interior lining.

I like to serve it over shredded cabbage with squeezed lime and Sri Racha sauce. I eat it 2-3 times per week.
