I've been on 3 dates with a girl. Nice girl, 32yo, somewhat youthful appearance, thought she looked attractive/cute on the first coffee meet up, so I took her out dancing for another date and then bowling last weekend.

Problem is, she's hardcore wallflower and I think she's a hardcore Catholic. Plus, for whatever reason, she's not looking as attractive as she appeared on the first date, she's more like a 'quintessential 5'. My game is still in it's micro-embyronic stage and I haven't been able to create much escalation with her since she's so inhibited, has all the hardcore introvert hobbies: bookworm, worked in a library at university, into classical music, etc. I'm a solid introvert myself and I just never click with these girls. I'm one of those quirky, laconic, introverted-extrovert types of guys, I like some geeky hobbies, but also love going out, I've always done best with girls slightly more extrovert than myself.

We texted back and forth again yesterday, I was thinking of giving it one more shot for a little date this week; I am genuinely curious about her Catholic faith and sharing some of my Protestant/red pill beliefs. Maybe that can be my out to end it, or should I just wind it down with less texts, no calls, drift off into silence? How have you guys handled this?

Are you genuinely interested in meeting her? If so go out, but wasted time is wasted time. Don't be ashamed to give her an honest adult, "Not my type" type of message. I can guarantee she's been doing it for awhile.

in all seriousness. you don't owe each other anything. you've not taken her cherries and she really needs no expectations. at this stage it's just "lets just be friends" if you care about it.

if you've had the girl seven ways to sunday (dated for several months/met friends/family/have common friends) then you would want to amp your needy clingy beta behaviors so she could dump you if you don't want her to suffer.

but honesty is good. if you keep her as a friend, you may possibly bang her friends later on cause thats what friends do
