Daygame

I tried Kennedy park, the small mall next to it (didn’t see a big one in Lima), Arequipa street with its language schools, the hostels around Kennedy park, and pizza avenue after 4pm: I didn’t see a single hot girl.


Nightgame

Larco Mar

• Gotica: posh and loud, but there is a nice outside area which could be interesting in the summer
• Aura: next to Gotica, from what I have heard similar to Gotica
• Drama: Casta Verde, 10 min south of Larcomar, from what I have heard similar to Aura and Gotica
• Arena: also close to the beach, otherwise I have little info
  

Piazza Kennedy:

• Calle Pizzas: I went there a couple of times at different times, never saw any ok looking girls. I am disappointed, I at least wanted to see some nice bricheras (the local term for gringo hunters)
• Hostels (Flying dog, point Hostel …): they would let 2 or 3 bricheras into the hostel parties, so that the guests are happy (told me the guy that worked there)
• El Tayta, Chaqua
• There were also some clubs on the street from Piazza Kennedy to Largo Mar.
• Dolce Vita (the best I have seen in that area)
  

Barranco

• El Dragon: my favorite in Lima (I heard also good on Wednesdays)
• Tizon: next to Dragon, I was told is similar to El Dragon
• Sargento: ok
• Help: Thursdays quite young, supposed to be less young on Saturdays
• Ayahuasca, Santos, Picos: posh, very relaxed
• Main street: low quality, young, bar Bierhouse was empty till midnight on Saturday (at which point I left), high end bar in the end of the street (close to the metro-bus) had 1 or 2 ok sets.
  

Other places (I haven’t been to any of them):

• Bravo Restobar (from the pics on the internet looks like a place to sip a cocktail, not more)
• The Spa: I have not been there
• Club Voce: in Lince (far away), the forum says: big megaclub, cheaper prices than the Lacromar clubs and hundreds of middle class Peruanas
• Los Olivos. Gomas. One girl from Lima said: People are friendly there, go during the weekend. Another girl from Lima said that not even she would go there alone. Forum says it’s not too dangerous.
  

My experience

Thursday: Help, too young, around 18, and few quality girls, but I meet a girl that put me in the list for the clubs in the next days :D Afterwards Sargento, it’s not that full, most people already go home, I meet 2 sets. Both pick up the phones on Saturday but don’t agree on a meeting, and don’t pick up afterwards anymore.

Friday: Couchsurfing party. Most girls are fucking ugly, only 2 are ok (but in Colombia they wouldn’t have got any attention from me). I know one from before, meet another one, they fight for my attention, I like it :) I kiss both of them (without the other one seeing it, respectively). Finally one leaves cause she has to work the next day, I go in the getto with the other one, where she lives, and we fuck in a motel. The area was scary, I am happy to be back in Miraflores (the rich district) afterwards again.

Saturday: The posh bars in Barranco are indeed posh: people sitting around tables or at the bar sipping their drink, most old, doesn’t look like fun. Main street in Barranco reminds me of pizza street: no good looking girls. And they are too young here (maybe around 18?). Bar bierhouse was still empty at midnight. At the other end of the street, in the most posh bar in the street, I see an ok set, but I have no more time. I leave at midnight, go to Gotica. Finally, hot girls! Inside the music is quite loud. Outside it’s cold. I get a phone number (Sheila), but she doesn’t pick up in the next days. Feeling in the club was not fun, too uptight.

Sunday: I meet the other girl from Friday, we make out at her place, but she doesn’t wanna have sex, cause her sister is sleeping in the house, too.

Monday (Tuesday is a holiday, so many people party): Again the Friday/Sunday girl, she invited me for a private party, which was canceled. We have a look at pizza street, again I see nothing. A club in the adjacent street (Avenue Berlin), the club is called Dolce Vita, we have a drink, maybe one valid set, but I can’t. El Tayta, I see no nice girls. Sargento, too many people, we can’t get in. El dragon, the best club for me in Lima! Some nice girls, and a nice atmosphere. I am with my girly, so I can’t try (but at least she kept me company while I tried all this shitty clubs). My girl is drunk, but still refuses to come back to my hotel.

Tuesday: maybe even more dead than usual, cause people went out yesterday, even the clubs in Larco Mar are closed. Only one is open and has people inside, mostly hookers, I went there with a girl I met on Saturday outside in Larco Mar, she lived in Italy for some time and behaves like an Italian, not even kissing.

Also most of the girls from the Internet that I met during the day were not hot. No wait, I think all of them were not hot. They all seemed interested, proposed other meetings, but I did’t want. Even though some of them looked quite ok on the pictures. Quality is definitely lower than in Colombia (many girls in the street were nice too look at there, here not, and all the girls from the Internet I me in Colombia were ok, here not).


Conclusion

El Dragon and Sargento are ok. Other clubs/streets are either to low quality or too posh/not fun.

Girls in general were interested, but the quality was not very high (I definitely prefered the appearance of Colombian girls).

Be careful with the taxis at the airport, I heard many bad stories about them. Do not take the ones that wait outside, they rob you of ALL your luggage. Either take the one inside the customs reception area (very expensive) or the ones outside customs but still inside the airport hall with a badge (I think it was green, but not sure anymore). Once I arrived in Miraflores though, I felt very safe (inside Miraflores everything feels very 1st world), the only hustle was too bargain with the taxi drivers the price for the ride and I always felt a bit unsafe when leaving Miraflores.

I just got back from Lima. 8 nights there. It's a place great to pick up flags.The girls love you there.

At Cell Peru (at the airport) it was only $10 to rent a phone for 1 day or 30 days. The $10 is the up-front rental fee. All local in-coming calls were free. Outgoing calls were $ 0.56 cents per minutes. I only paid $16 for the 8 days in Lima.

Miraflores,Barranco and Larcomar are all within 15 minutes from each other and are the places to go.Tons of bars and music.

Monday night: La Noche in Barranco. Free on Monday nights only and very crowded.Many women.

Tues night: Bartinis bar in Larcomar (really just a shopping a huge shopping center on the ocean). Larcomar is great Thurs-Sat nights with many bars.

Wed night: Dragon in Barranco.

Thurs-Sat. I went to Larcomar and Barranco. Many great places.

Sunday night: Calle Pizzas (street) in Miraflores.Many hookers/bars.It's the only place to go on a Sunday night.

The bus is approx .50 soles (.20 cents) to go 5 minutes or 15 minutes. For the most part taxi's are very safe but I did hear some shitty stories about taxi drivers. I took the large/long municipal/city buses. They are very safe.

Always have liquor or alot of beer in your room so you can tell a girl that you have alcohol in your room when you meet her at the bar. In 8 nights I had 3 girls come back with me mostly because I explained I had a huge beer in my room/hotel. They sell huge bottles of beer in any grocery store. Very inexpensive. They love free beer!. I also had rum,pineapple and mango just in case but all they wanted was F-ing beer. Beautiful. I drank the rum myself! They have Captain Morgans in the grocery store to. The huge beer is 6 soles ($2.25). And I mean it's like 4 beers in 1 huge ass bottle.

Also,like others explained before, you must get a private room in a hostel or a hotel room. $30 per night for a private room in a hostel but it's worth it!

Also,if possible,find a hostel with a roof top bar,huge deck/balcony for drinks before and after going to the bar. I had a balcony in my room and the girls loved it while drinking the huge beer I had saved in the room every night! I kept the beer cold in the refrig at the hostel.The balcony was great for starters when you got her back to the room.

Also,if any girl asks for $ when your talking to her at the bar then tell her your flight and hotel cost a ton of $ and you can only afford 50 soles ($20). Most will go for it. Many will want $80 to $100. Give them the above sob story and they will usually go for it--especially on Sun-Wed nights. Thurs-Sat nights they have more clients willing to pay them the $80-$100. Also,make sure that for the $20 and beer they have to stay the night.Most of them will be all over you all night unless they are total F-ing whores/hookers. Let them drink most of the huge beer they love and they will end up staying all night with you. I was 4 for 4 with this method! If you really want to bang a girl then do not pay more then 100 soles ($40) for them.

I banged one non-pro and just gave her $20 the next day. I was thinking she would call me or respond when I called her again.It worked.She called me 3 times and I banged her 2 times. The 3rd night I actually told her no because my flight was very early the next day.I have never done that before but there was no time!

3 girls in 8 nights but banged the one girl 2 different nights. So,4 bangs in 8 nights. I did pay one semi-pro the $40 max because she was F-ing beautiful. I negotiated she had to stay the night and she did.They will stick to terms you negotiate before you get to your room.It was worth the $40.It was all night with this girl and in the morning.They love us.

Make sure you save all the girls ph#'s so you will have for your 2nd visit !

I used Hostelbookers and Hostelworld to find different hostels for Miraflores over the last 3 years.

I stayed in all 4 of these hostels and 3 of them are real nice.

Links Hostel--5 minute walk to Parque Kennedy. They only have 1 private room but it's very nice.Just need to reserve early. $30 or $32 per night.

The Lighthouse. 5 bedrooms.It's a 15 minute walk to Parque Kennedy. Very quiet.5 minutes to Parque Kennedy in the long/big municipal bus which picks you up 2 minutes from the hostel on Ave Jose Pardo. $30 or $32 per night.

Anthony's Hostel. I dont think this hostel is on the 2 above web sites but can just find it on-line. It's huge with many rooms and a huge deck to drink on. The rooms are big but the rooms are a lousy. Not well kept up. But, it's popular because $20 for a private room.Is right on Ave Jose Pardo. Is a 1 minute walk from the Lighthouse and a 5 minute walk from Inkawasi.Anthony's deck is great for asking a girl to come back and drink.They never close and they sell big beers for 5 soles (But buy the really huge ass beers in the grocery stores for 6 soles before you go out). Anthony's always has rooms available and they are all private rooms for $20. I have never actually made a reservation there. Just walked in and they had rooms available.

The bus is .0.30 cents/soles to go 5 minutes.The bus is worth it-- especially if your in a hurry to get out and meet a girl. The 15 minute walk is fine other times but a real pain if in a hurry. The bus comes by every 5 minutes or so at the many bus stops on Ave Jose Pardo.

Sometimes when I'm staying in Inkawasi or The Lighthouse I will still take a girl to Anthony's to drink late at night on the huge ass deck. They sell the beer all night!! Then,walk 1 minute to the Lighthouse or 5 minutes to Inkawasi to try and bang them.

Damn, I just busted out a big ass Lima data sheet this week and ya'll pull this one up from 2011? No love.

Anyways G, Mira Flores or Baranco are your best bet. I did a hostel, but my roommate from Colombia got put up in a nice 4 star hotel by his airline because his flight got canceled. He said it was great. I'll have to ask him where it was. The hilton by the beach looked nice though too.

I never made it out there but I didn't hear anything about it either. I would assume that the surf would be at least decent, as the beach I went to, just a few miles down was alright. Aren't there usually pretty good waves next to the points?
