Serious respect for Tony Horton. I've done a lot of P90X. It took me from being a complete couch potato fatass to the point where I realized I needed bigger and bigger dumbbells and it would be cheaper to get a gym membership, because dumbbells cost more and more the heavier they get. I lost 50 lbs. with P90X.

He's a fitness trainer, so he can get away with fat shaming, but damn! This is a bold way to do it. Fantastic!
