'Millie Tant': SJW parody from the 1980s
For those who don't know, Viz is an 'adult' comic book than has ran in the UK since the seventies. Whilst not much more than a niche read today, it used to be very popular.

One of it's more relevant (to RVF) characters is Millie Tant, a, ahem, militant feminist caricature. What's so funny, is that what used to be satire is startlingly accurate to what these nutcases are like today. Perhaps they've always existed in their current form, but social media has given them a louder voice?

From Wikipedia "She is a caricature of a left-wing militant feminist...She thinks of herself as a champion of "wimmin's" rights but is often self-centred and dismissive of the feelings of others...She often refers to men as "phallocrats" and "potential rapists" or just "rapists"...She refuses to make a snowman, instead offering to make a snow-black-lesbian-rape-victim-in-a-wheelchair" Laugh

Anyway, just thought I'd share for the lulz. You can find more examples here.

1980s?

Geese, the author was almost uncomfortably on point with this "crisis" we have had today!

Quite. Is it a positive thing, because it shows not much has changed despite their best efforts? Or, has social media created an even worse monster than back then?

I think I ve found a new spiritual guide!

We move between light and shadow, mutually influencing and being influenced through shades of gray...

I read Viz back in the 80's and early 90's. My friend loved it cause his sister was a dead ringer for one of 'The Fat Slags', another famous strip. I wouldn't have read it for 20+ years though. It was South Park before South Park, and appealed to me due to being raised on the English Comics it parodied.

As for the on point parody: this is what Radfems always were.

I vaguely-remember reading Facebook was trying to ban them from the site sometime earlier this year, without, as usual, telling them exactly why they were being banned.

EDIT: Thinking about it, /pol/ is Viz after the internet.

One can take also "Married with Children".
Marcy's character was also a representative of militant feminism, including the usual "loop holes" (Alpha males, power, money).

"Now you see that evil will always triumph because good is dumb." - Spaceballs
"If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you could possibly imagine" - Obi-Wan Kenobi

Viz also had another strip that took the piss out of hipsters - "modern parents"

^ I remember that one! Makes sense: It's 1992. That strip was still going when I stopped reading. 'The Modern Parents' series would easily be Viz's most regular, on-point satire of Leftists.

See how Social Justice is just Leftism on Steroids? It was always this. It's what happens when the Millennial Generation has been trained by 8 years of Obama's Agent Of Change Educational Mills to think like that, and therefore has become more ridiculous than the satirical version of them.

You can see why Facebook would be trying to silence them.

"You know we don't believe in guilt Tarquin, but if we did, I'd hope you were feeling thoroughly ashamed of yourself..."
