My laptop is stuck on mobile version--I've done some searching and I think I've seen the answer somewhere on here before I knew I had a problem but I cant find it now. On both on my phone and my laptop when I am signed in I am in the mobile version. When I try to switch to the full version it loads like its trying to switch and then just goes back to the mobile version. However when I sign out on both my phone and my laptop it then switches to the full version--this leads me to believe that its probably some issue with my account (maybe the fact that I have a warning).

Can someone provide me with some insight on this? I have no idea whats going on.

Look at the very bottom of the page, you will see "Switch to Full Version."

Yea Ive tried that already. When I do that it gives me the "being redirected to full version" window then proceeds to stay on the mobile version

Log out, change it to full version, then log back in.

When I log it it automatically switches back to the full version and I have access to all the features till I do something that requires my longin. At that point it logs me in and goes back to mobile version.
However when I am logged out I can switch back and fourth between mobile and full versions (both from my phone and laptop).

Also it doesn't have anything to do with my warning I received. I distinctly recal having this issue before I knew it was a problem.

Possibly something to do with cookies? I am not the most internet savvy but I hear clearing cookies helps with some stuff.

Hey, I'm also stuck in mobile version and have been for many months -- can't remember the last time I was logged in and could see the full version.

Mufasa, did you ever solve this problem?

What's your browser and OS? What happens if you visit the forum in a private mode browsing like incognito mode (Chrome)?

If I use incognito in Chrome, the forum will be in the full version until I log in, just like Mufasa

This happens regardless of whether I use Chrome or Safari on a mac.

Cache problem.

Dump your browser cache completely:
http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-y...ers-cache/

Make sure to empty it entirely from the beginning of time or whatever the setting is.
