Her character in the Matrix was always something that froze me still. She unfortunately aged poorly.

I don't like where they took the Bond series after the last movie. The new Q is stupidly annoying. They needed a young John Cleese, not some sackless hipster.

I liked the feel of the reboots but Bond didn't even bang the Bond girl in one of them! They're really ramping up the bullshit fast. Still, the (still) overwhelmingly male audiences won't be buying it.

I thought the Norwegian Synnøve Macody Lund were chosen to be the new Bond Girl!
Maybe Léa Seydoux has won the contest against her, but Synnøve is way hotter than Léa in my opinion

The last few Bond films have sucked anyway, because they are departing from the original series way too much. Overly complicated plots, too much action, to the point where the camera keeps jarring side to side for half the film. Not to mention, the Bond girls are getting "tougher" because they are on that "grrrl power" time. I'll pass and ignore this one, too.

Monica is not holding up well for 50. Naomie Harris, yes please! The blonde in the middle looks alright but has a gap tooth - not my type.

Monica Bellucci may be past her prime, but she's an actress that puts it out there...in a hardcore way. She's got guts and character.

To see what I mean, check out the French film "Irreversible." Directed by Gaspar Noe, this French film features a horrific rape scene in an underpass that is so visceral that some filmgoers literally can't handle it. Bellucci had to have real guts to do this. She is degraded in a way that I have not seen any other actress attempt. See the film.

So, much respect from me.

Also, I've read a few interviews that she's done. She's an old-school Italian woman, with everything that entails. She believes in old-school masculinity, and doesn't think much of how American women behave.

Last I heard, she and husband Vincent Cassel were living in Brazil....

The Bond films are long over with. They are just generic action movies now that use the "James Bond" name. Almost everyone associated with the original franchise is long dead or gone.

Monica is by far the hottest, Naomi is all-right and cute.
Léa, although she looks hot in general like any young actress, after focusing I get the feeling that she is a butterface, check google images, she is mostly a butterface.

I don't want to dislike Daniel Craig, but him selling out the sexual assault campaign was awful. Jon Hamm did that too. Who do we have left? Matthew McConaughey, Leo, and Christian Bale for now.

He had such great performances in Layer Cake, Casino Royale, and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

I personally loved the "softer" Bond in Casino Royale because it is supposed to be his starting point and how he learns and becomes the ruthless man we know. It's his own red pill reckoning.





Vesper betraying him after this was brilliant writing in a rewatch of that movie. He drops his armour and bares his soul. She eats it up. Red Pill at its finest. Too bad they came out with Quantum of Solace which he spends moping around in.

Bond needed to evolve from the cheesy quips. The Craig movies have had great character arcs, which were missing in the previous films. But womanizing is part of his character. Style is part of his character. By devaluing that they are losing the character. Womanizers are people too. In fact we have the most complex characters of all.

I do like that they have been picking better villains. Still think that Javier Bardem was underutilized in Skyfall. Now they have Christopher Waltz and Andrew Scott [Moriarty from Sherlock], so hopefully that will be exciting.

I honestly think they have used the Daniel Craig trilogy as a reboot of the series. The first two show Bond's origin in the spy game, and Skyfall really takes us full circle with his character. I think in a way they were necessary to make a banging old school Bond film. Ralph Fiennes as M should bring awesome chemistry with Craig. Hopefully they have young "no-name" bond girls for Bond to sleep around with, while these recognized actresses have more of a character role.

Bottom line: I'm looking forward to it, but if this is more grinding I will be disappointed.

Brosnan is probably my least favorite Bond. While he was suave, he was reduced to a guy with horrible one-liners. The last few movies of his were just atrocious.

I'm hopeful for the reboot WITH Spectre. Really hope they keep it in line with the early franchise of several smaller leaders working under Blofeld.

The 50 year old bond girl will probably be a henchwoman Bond ends up banging and then she drugs or cuffs him afterwards where he makes an escape, much like the secretary of Mr. Osato in You Only live Twice or Pussy Galore in Goldfinger. Pussy Galore seemed pretty old, as did Octopussy (Maude Adams).

On a side note, a few of the Bond movies popped up on Netflix. Watched Live and Let Die last night, good stuff. Jane Seymor looks barely over 18 while Bond appears to be past 40 and he pops her cherry and she keeps on coming back for more. Good times.

Timothy Dalton has always been my personal favourite. Hugely underrated. It bugs me that Craig is getting praise for doing what Dalton has been panned for in the past, that is playing a "moody" version of Bond....however Dalton did it with so much more finesse and life to his performance, vs Craig's permanent pout and fairly one dimensional character. I still quite liked Skyfall, mainly for some of the stunning cinematography, but the series isn't what it was. I would say Goldeneye was the last great one, I never liked Brosnan much beyond that.
