The most convenient solution is to live in a place without internet connection. If you have a public space with free wifi closeby, cancel the contract with your provider at home. You can do all your work and surfing there if necessary. Get a limited internet package for your phone instead of a flatrate, or an oldschool mobile.
Doing that will force you to go outside more, get a life and socialize. For entertainment at home you read books, study, listen to music or podcasts, do some sports or just take long walks.
It sounds like a drastic measure, but it will work.
If porn hasn´t completely lobotomized you, you will find that masturbating while staring at the empty wall of your room gets boring pretty fast.

I'm going to sound like an old person, but porn was such an innocent thing when I was growing up. It was a playboy magazine/lingerie catalog or even an old VHS cassette with barely and hardcore stuff. What we see today in sites like pornhub it's extremely dangerous to our brain and attention span. Porn is kinda like a drug, you watch it and you want more and more. And like you said: "usual porn does nothing for me."
I'm sorry to say it friend but your brain is fried right now and you are a porn junkie.

My advice to you OP:
-Go cold turkey for 10 straight days. No porn, no FAP, no social media (facebook, instagram girls/fitness models etc...) it's going to be a bitch, but this is where willpower and the need to change your lifestyle comes into play. How bad do you want to change your life around?
-After 10 days go ahead and FAP just once! Use your imagination, No porn!!!
I believe masturbation is great every now and then. This is just to empty your nuts and get your head straight.
-Start working out. You need to take care of yourself brother! And hitting the gym will not only have physical benefits but mental as well.
-Last but not least, start going out at least twice a week. Hit a bar, find a hobby, take a class. Start talking to people more and more. Go ahead and talk to girls, you don't have to hit on them all the time. This will help with the recovery process.

OP you're just responding to incentives. There isn't much incentive to deal with women after a certain point if they are not delivering all the other things you would really like in a long term girl. I was Lurking and found this bumped, so I guess an update is past overdue.


Now have a notch count of 48 vs the 6 I had when I made this thread.
Leveraging my job at the hotel to fuck tourists outside of work is going pretty smooth. my manager is probably on to me about what's going down but wont fire me that easily, because he gets his palms greased to let off some weed to guests, I guess you could say everybody has their mini hustle and taking on a new employee is too risky.

Business wise I have launched a consulting hustle as a means to generate capital, I make an avg of 5k a month with a goal of 25k this would be higher if I was on US soil. Eventually I will apply for a visa and explore the US a bit , I know I could clean up pretty easy with my hustle.


Speaking quite frankly, My experience with porn addiction wasn't an easily kicked habit, I suffered tremors and night sweats at the peak of my deprivation (6 1/2 weeks in) all I could think of was fucking and knew something had to give.

For most of it I dont think its really a system but just me putting myself between the supply and demand.

A good chunk are tourists and cuckolds from my workplace I don't think it would be smart to post the name of the hotel in Jamaica but it's notorious for that type of thing.
I work here and was aware of the rumors but have come to learn that the circle of this sort of culture is pretty big and consists mostly of cliques/clubs .

One point I would like to make is that sometimes we use porn to handle stress. I know I use to do this. So if you are using porn as stress relief then as long as you have whatever is stressing you on going on in your life it will be difficult to quit.
