Why is this even a question. You could probably jerk it in the minute or so between sets and it wouldn't make a difference for lifting, outside of you getting kicked out of the gym.

I try to keep it once a week.
3 days a week at the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with a session on Friday night.
That way my test. has a chance to build up over the weekend.

Absolutely no correlation. I rub one out daily and I feel great. Before workouts Iv done before and I dont feel any difference. Sometimes rubbing one out before a workout can make me focus on my workout better and not on the hot pussy doing squats right in my face.

Maaayybe if you do it in the bathroom during a workout you might feel a bit off, but I wouldn't recommend it (the thought of that cracks me up).

There are people on this forum that advocate no beating off at all. Everyone has their own preference. For me its part of a routine.

If you wank chronically, you'll be drained. The odd one before you lift won't make much difference.
