I just call this being efficient. Instead of giving the employees money that they will have to exchange for fancy clothes, custom suits, gym memberships, healthy food, cool cars, expensive watches, club cover charges, alcoholic drinks, copies of "Bang" and "Day Bang", etc., in order to just have a fighting chance of getting a girl, they're just sending the pussy directly to the employees. Everybody wins!

Also, a night with a porn star probably doesn't have to be declared on your taxes like a cash bonus would.

According to Glassdoor, the average monthly salary for a software engineer at Qihoo 360 (a tech company) is 8,707 yuans so approximately $1,400 ($16,800 yearly).

A brand new Porsche 911 at a Chinese Porsche dealership costs 1,798,000 yuans ($207,000).

I can't imagine a 5 day trip to Bali costing more than $10,000 unless it's a 5 star resort and you're getting VIP treatment. I have no experience with escorts but I doubt fucking a pornstar for one night can cost more than $10,000.

You're probably better off with the Porsche.

Meh, that's a chump change bonus. A bonus might easily be >2k+ $$, most porn stars, even the prominent and known ones, do escort services for 1-2k$. If you wanted to spend that amount of money on a fuck, you could get any porn star that you want. But money is always better. ALWAYS.
