I was wondering..if a woman asks you "Hey <insert your name>, do you want to fcuk me?" IN THOSE EXACT WORDS over the phone or in person and you haven't fcuked her before, how do you answer, without seeming desperate?

I have had women say that at times only to find out that they were just dangling bait.

Is there a suave way to answer that question?

I like the "Is that an offer?" line.

I think acting aloof is the best bet. You're open to having sex with her, but you're not willing to stroke her ego for it. I would make sure to watch your tone of voice when responding. Again, don't want to come off too interested or she'll be milking you for attention. If she starts milking you be sure to drop her immediately.

That's what I am saying. My problem is that I am so laidback by nature, that some women don't even know if I'm interested..until they feel the stiff wood pushing into their belly.

My tone conveys that of total neutrality and I'm trying to work on achieving a good medium.

Number 2 is a great response.

I deal with that a lot, "dangling bait," the best response is to always reject that shit because if you fall into the trap you lose control.

this has the potential to backfire if you're on the phone, but basically you pretend you're talking to different girl on the phone by accident. This only works if she calls you and "you wanna fcuk?" is one of the first things she says on the call, which is how i interpret it, without actually saying "hey it's (insert girl's name). if she asks you why you thought she was someone else can say you "forgot to check caller id." she might shit test you for a bit and it might prolong the process if she's legit dtf by making her suspicious so tailor it to each girl.

Call starts:

Her: "Hey (name), wanna fcuck me?"
You: "Only if I have to (insert other girl's name). How've you been?"
Her: "Who's (xxx)?"
You: " Who's this? Oh, hey (phone girl's name), I was expecting a call from someone else."

Yeah has happened to me too, and it's 80% of the times a sort of shit test to measure your cool, or to make herself feel empowered by how "modern and sexual" she thinks of herself to be. Most of the time too it's done by not so attractive women that want to appear game to cover their own insecurities, or really hot, bluffing attention whores in my experience (though can't speak for the chick in your example). If you don't make the move they'll want to jumpstart it. Either way, most of the time you'll see the whole Sex and the City DVD collection at their place.

And as for the response I don't think "Is that an offer?" is the right way to go (she just made the offer ffs). If you say that, you're buying into her frame and giving away your power (read "cool", you're redirecting your thinking energy at her whim), which is like saying "oh wow thanks are you really gonna allow me to fuck you?" as oppossed to "I'll fuck you when I want, not when you say so".

If she senses she's affected you, she can as easily take it away once she feels she could have had it. If you don't react she will feel somewhat insecure, which is a great way to still own her. The trick here is to not act at all prudish, but 100% cool, like it's an everyday conversation for you.

I'd go more along the lines of "Sure, but you have to come over here" by Tuth and "Hmm, maybe, what time is it?" by Chad, or even "mmm ok but grab me a burger on the way here". You're being a little bit of an asshole there, but it'd be like a tacit response to her "aggression", most likely made by her to make you lose your balance in the first place. That way, if she's bluffing you lose nothing, and if she's for real, you're still in control.

The best way is to not block, deflect or ignore, but to redirect (in your own terms).

Now, it's unfortunate it has to be like this with such power trips, but such is the law of the jungle.
