This story shows to what length prosecutors will go to sustain a rape prosecution (unless you're rich and powerful like DSK) and how much it sucks to be in a state where the rules and the judges are on the prosecution's side, and how Facebook seems to be above the law.

Tyler Kost, who was 18 at the time of his arrest April 28, has been locked up in Pinal County since being indicted in 2014.

Attorneys for Kost are asking a Pinal County judge to compel the Pinal County Attorney's Office to produce records of the alleged victims' social media pages.

The defense has some of them right now, including the following group chat on Facebook between some of the girls accusing Kost. The girls are only identified by their initials.

MR: We need to come up with a plan. And yes. We should sacrifice him to Satan.

MH: We'll teach him a lesson alright.

The conversation continued with this:

MR: Lets (expletive deleted) with his mind and his car

TS: Exactly. I'm down (:

MR: Yes!! I already know this is just gonna be so much fun! <3

Court documents reveal the above exchange happened just a few weeks before the girls accused Kost of sexual assault.

One of the victims claims Kost raped her after a homecoming dance and that she had an abortion at Planned Parenthood in Tempe. The defense also has her social media records and they wrote this in their motion to the judge:

"Despite being allegedly violently sexually assaulted and impregnated by Mr. Kost on October 19, 2013, she (the alleged victim) posted 41 photographs to her Instagram account between October 19, 2013 and December 9, 2013, in which she repeatedly declares her love and admiration for Mr. Kost."

The alleged victim wrote things like:

"I want to marry him someday..."

"... Gosh I love you so much..."

"...Tyler is a dream come true of a boyfriend ... "

Neither Kost's defense team nor the Pinal County Attorney's Office wanted to comment.

The kid's been in jail for a year now. According to the defense motions I read here, the defense can't just subpoena or ask for a court order for Facebook records, they have to depend on the prosecution. Facebook's policy is only to give full subscriber material to law enforcement. In my opinion, the defense lawyer is giving way too much deference to Facebook. That seems questionable to me, but I don't know Arizona law. I would have asked for a court order for Facebook to produce the records directly to the defense - I would not trust to pass them through law enforcement hands.

The prosecution dumped 6000 pages of FB and Instagram postings on the defense, and the defense found the chat shown above. But not all of the FB and other social media records for all of the victims were produced. Now the defense wants more FB and other social media from all of the girls, and the prosecution is playing dumb and stonewalling.

There is supposed to be a presumption of bail. Eighth Amendment. This kid has been in jail for a year as a multiple rapist when the prosecution knew about these little chats between the "victims" before they made their charges.

This is a case worth following.

What absolutely sinister behavior from those cunts and the prosecution. Like another said, this story is strangely extra-hard hitting.

Confession time, despite a general acceptance on this board that 18-22 pussy is the top of the totem poll, I'm not chasing it anymore. I've been intensely red pill my whole life but never really applied any sort of game to girls until recently. I was always content with steady relationships (still am, actually). I hooked up with one 18 year old this month and even at my age (29) the disconnect between us was so profound that I felt I was dealing with someone who could be dangerous. Asking if I could be her ManCrushMonday on instagram, texting the word "bae", and the whole host of late teen parlance. I'm out, guys. Young girls scare the hell out of me now. I feel the same way, TheSlayer. It's just too much; the outright evil of what these prosecutors are doing is hard to get one's mind around.

And speaking of evil. I wish I could get my hands on these Facebook chat transcripts -- and maybe one day we will -- and make them required reading for all men.

A fact about women that almost no men understand is that many of them -- from the very young to the very old, and all ages in between -- have an easy, laughing, rollicking, gleeful love of evil. They revel in it and they relish it. Many women know this about other women, but they never betray their own kind; and almost no man truly knows this. Couldn't have said it any better, LoZ. It's one thing for a white-knighting officer or prosecutor to believe the false accuser and charge you, it's a completely different thing when they have proof that the accusation is entirely made-up and still decide to put you in jail. You would think even the white-knight manginas would see that and do what's "fair". The fact that there are prosecutors out there who will charge you even despite fully knowing that you didn't do it is kind of disheartening.

Often in the justice system, a "good" prosecutor is one who has a high conviction rate, and a good police officer is one who has a high arrest and conviction rate. In other words, the players in the justice system get kudos for putting people behind bars irrespective of their true guilt. Are prosecutors just 'playing their part?' I'm more surprised this kid is being held without bail. Given all of the BS he said she said, he should have been allowed bail. His lawyer absolutely sucks.
