Hi gang--
Though the main reason for the existence of /r/CuteModeSlutMode is to help you fap, there's something interesting going on here.

I've been experimenting with /r/SideBySidePorn for a while but didn't get a very strong reaction until doing /r/CuteModeSlutMode.

It's because the "innocent and sweet" thing is an act for pay in cases like this. Women learn to use this routine very early on to get what they want (see the Eagles song "Lyin' Eyes").
