I was just talking to a hot girl on my team (I'm her boss) yesterday. I know, I know, don't shit where you eat, but this chick is an 8 and I have extra game just because of authority in this situation. I noticed something changed in her talking with me yesterday...all of a sudden something seemed flirty in her eyes and I couldn't figure it out. I check on facebook to see that the relationship she had with some dope didn't exist on there anymore. Seems like she's on the rebound.

What's your particular game with a girl fresh out of a relationship? Any strategies?

To expand a little bit - she's quitting at the end of the month and she's only 6 years younger than me. Not a huge deal in my books if I work it up slowly over the month.

If she's quitting at the end of the month just meet her for drinks right after work on her last day to 'celebrate' and game as usual. Years ago I worked for a temp agency and seriously wanted to bang the admin girls who handled all of our time sheets. Knowing this could be bad I waited until I quit and immediately asked her out. She was going through a divorce and I banged her on the second date.

Eject until you no longer are her supervisor in any capacity. Does not matter that she has "only" a month left. Take the advice here and ask her out after her last day. You are playing with fire otherwise. Seen this movie too many times.

Seriously I'd just play it cool until she's 100% out of your work place.... Then you can game on.

It'd be just like a chick to "decide" to stay if she was into a guy at work then blow his life up later if it didn't work out
