Most Asian cities now have "western" style gyms a variety of fitness spaces, classes, and a chill out area/cafe.

I would assume the general quality of girls attending these gyms must be better than the general quality of girls you find online and that they would be a good source of new girls. Are forum members getting good results from gyms in Asia?

I hit a 365x3 squat and 242x1 bench in Bangkok.

Pretty good results.

I stick to MMA gyms for the most part. I slimmed down and put on a few pounds of muscle while getting several chances to spar with various pro fighters.

I'm rather liking the results from gyms in Asia.

Asian girls have tight bodies because they don't eat that much, not because they work out. Honestly I find this much more attractive than even the fit American girls who are technically in better shape but not as skinny.

Although it's been becoming more trendy, not many girls go to the gym. The ones that do go are usually recovering chubbies or the equivalent of yoga milfs in the West.

And that's when you get these skinnyfat girls who when standing have appear to have 0 tummy, but when they sit down their skin folds up into rolls.

One thing I noticed about seoul (it is the capital so when I compare from osaka it's a bit of a difference than if I were comparing to tokyo) is that MMA gyms are fairly popular with the chicks. As in I was seeing 10-14 girls in these gyms and they were actually doing classes. The classes were conditioning or fitness style classes, one teacher pulled me in so I did partook a bit, and they serve for a fairly nice warmup.

Of the girls who were there, there was maybe one who was a bit chubby. And even that wasn't half as bad as the chubby Japanese girls who "train" at my gym here.

MMA is getting a bit more popular in korea vs the rest of asia, imo.

Actually, some of the female MMA fighters in korea are pretty attractive, objectively in the 7 range eg. song ga-yeon.
