What are your go to strategies for hitting on a cute girl at work in a corporate office? For me, I don't mess with girls on my team. How should I approach the girls who work on my floor but don't work on my project? I mostly see them passing by in the hallway, near the bathroom, elevator, or in the break room. What kinds of conversations should I be having with them?

I made that mistake a few years ago and at the end, it made me lose my job cause I couldn't stand the pressure.

One of my co-workers is pretty hot and over the course of a year or so, there was always that flirty, sexy vibe when interacting with her.

She even called and texted after work.
When I finally asked her out, she flaked on me three times.

"I'm just a very open and friendly person." Is what she said.

That's why I say: don't fuck at the factory.
Make sure to get morning-sex as often as possible, so you're not thirsty when sitting at the office.

I can see the logic behind not going after girls from work

However, I know a lot of people that got together who met at work. So it is a very normal way for people to meet and form relationships.

From a player perspective I see the logic.

Also, my internship supervisors at my last company actively encouraged me to go after some of the girls at the offoce lol.

Don't do it man.

While you have the chance for nothing to happen, negative repercussions, you also have the chance for your job to be ruined. You could get fired, or if some shit really goes down blacklisted.

However, being friendly with the cuties at work and then doing their friends. That's another story.

It may be hard man, I made the mistake of hitting on a girl from my company on a work trip. While if I had met her a second time I could have easily gotten in her pants, but I got the feeling she wanted to be more than a one off thing. Which didn't sit well with me since we were in the same company.

Why are you giving advice if you have zero experience or new insight on the matter?

Maybe it is because I don't live in the US, and we might have a cultural division with regards to this matter. But on every workplace people fuck around and heck even meet their partner. Its socially accepted and its accepted by law.

People that don't see this are blind in my opinion

Just don't PRACTICE game because it can give you a bad reputation.

To repeat: people that meet at work DO fuck around at least where I live.

There's way too much poosy out here to bring that kind of drama around where you make your money.

There are likely thousands of women in your city, but I can guarantee there aren't thousands of jobs in your field that pay a good salary.

Women you work with don't have vaginas. You can run game literally anywhere else.

But what if you run into a girl that you really feel having a 'click' with? Do you really care about your boss, HR, etc? What I witnessed within the corporate environment is that it was quite natural that people within the company hooked up. Of course you could have become subject of gossip there but it wasn't a BIG thing. You were more likely to not have got your contract prolonged because you were not doing your job well or having a bad personality with regards to interpersonal relationships within the conpany.

Even if it's someone you click with man. There's a good chance things will go south at some point, especially if you are living the player lifestyle like a lot of us here are. Then you still got to work with her and you've brought drama to where you make your money. Your money is what allows you to live the life you want. Dont fuck around with it man. Not worth it.

Are you really willing to hang your hat (in this case your job/career) on the off chance you will spend the rest of your life with a girl you met at work?

If not, don't bother. Because the moment you two are no longer together there's nothing stopping this other person from turning on you and potentially ruining your life.

The benefits just don't outweigh the exposure and potential fallout. No pussy is worth putting your livelihood on the line.

Back when I worked at Macy's, the whole scene there, plus the Mall, was what really started me out on approaching, and I ultimately cleaned the place out. It was always just so in my face. There were intervals where I'd re-think it, given the above advice, and ultimately seeing as how it was a job one could consider "expendable", I played on. After all that, I got a better job that I appraised as having some significant advancement potential, and so, upon that reckoning, I phased out the practice from earlier.

This was recently covered by a Dutch newspaper. Turns out 1 in 4 people sleeps with coworkers. The article read that it is never a good idea to get involved with coworkers. Do we really need to say more? Newspapers consider it a bad idea.

Yeah-in the restaurant/bar/nightclub/hotel/resort business it's completely part of the culture and is expected and tolerated. I worked in restaurants and bars in my twenties and people hooked up frequently. Not unusual for one person to have banged multiple coworkers. I have a friend who works on cruise ships and she told me that the company not only allowed but encouraged employees to bang each other so that they would not bang passengers, which was a fireable offense. Also low end retail I wouldn't worry about it.

But in a serious job, it's stupid to bang coworkers.

As a business owner I can attest this usually ends badly. It's not worth the stretch. Running into these hookups after it goes sour will inevitably cause trouble. I just had a friend of mine get hit with false rape charges. This cost him 20k in legal fees to avoid jail time.

Do not do this under any circumstances.

Can't believe I was asking this same question a few months ago myself. You gotta figure if everyone is giving elaborate reasons as to why you absolutely shouldn't do it, you probably shouldn't do it. Then, in time, you'll be able to look back and laugh at the thought of banging chicks from work. I was given some brilliant feedback about it, e.g. use them as practice for becoming more comfortable and smooth with hotter women, take them out to use as social proof for hitting on other chicks whom you don't work with, etc.
