The supply and demand of races.
White guys don't receive a lot of attention here in the US because they are standard game. Does the inverse hold true if a blond and blue heads down to South America or Asia? I know all the Latina girls around here receive a ton of attention for being different than the local fair. I know the foreign guys here, unless seriously busted, receive quite a bit of attention from the frauen.
