These days I'm very obsessed about looks. I know that girls prefer muscular guys when it comes to looks. But what about slim guys? For us guys overweight girls are downright unattractive, even a small belly is a turn off. What about for girls? Is a guy with natural broad shoulders, thin waist the equivalent of a female who is overweight?

Do we need to have that perfect greek god physqiue? For me I don't care if a girl is toned as long as she is slim and not overweight, I'm wondering if its the same for girls too? Or will they even prefer a chubby guy over a slim one?

A slim guy who doesn't lift can STILL pull girls if he's confident and has game.

Lifting and getting bigger obviously helps.

Everyone has a different type, some girls dig that slim suited suave guy, some dig that jacked former jock whose aggro and has caveman game.

A slim girl who doesn't lift is awesome in my book and aptly describes my LTR.

Some guys dig thicker chicks or even a fatty once in awhile. Some guys want a toned or even a shredded six pack chick.

The question is, why should you even care dude ?

Present yourself the best way you can, use game to the best advantage possible, and stop worrying about what people think.

Go after the girls you prefer and want.

A relatively cute but unremarkable looking girl whom you could bang and even date, but she would not be in the top 10% of looks for sure. Maybe a slim body but nothing to write home about in the way of tits or ass. Probably keeps her hair no longer than the bottom of her neck. Probably in the 6-7ish range depending on face.

Let's stick to real facts.

In the modern sexual market place, a male 9 will get the same attention from females that a female 6 will get from males. So, in terms of sexual market place equivalents, a male 6 (thin guy who doesn't lift) is the equivalent of a female 3.

That being said, provided that a woman is not completely turned off by your looks, game can make all the difference. A male six with strong game is going to being scoring equivalent action to a male 9 who hover-hands, possibly more.

With women, it's less about what you look like and more about how you make her feel.

A muscular physique just gets your foot in the door. You still need to game her.

There is like sub-niche of girls that are obsessed with huge muscles but I'd put them at few %.

If you care about looks(I wouldn't, instead just move to place where it's not that important): face/height #1 by large margin
then it's body genetics(shoulder/hip ratio etc.)
and last are muscles.

Same game, status, money and whatever... 99.9% of women are choosing the model. Hell first guy could have better game,more money and status and imo skinny guy with 9/10 face still wins.

So to answer your question, the female equivalent to guys who don't lift is anything from Lena Dunham to Adriana Lima

I just say muscles can give you +1.5 max if you go from a baseline of just being normal body fat normal muscle.

Face can give you a 9 even with a frail skinny body that will attract a ton of chicks. Troll end here.

There’s a lot of Asian-American women in the US who are only slim because they eat very little and they very rarely do any exercise. I was told this “secret” by a Chinese-American woman a couple of years ago.

Faces aside: It's the equivalent of a chubbier girl.

Men are after slim, femininity. Women aren't.

Women are after masculinity. Muscle helps.

Posting photo's of slim male models misses the key point that most male models have ultra masculine faces [I.E: Great genetics]. The face overrides the need for muscle.

For the other 99% out there, muscle always be necessary.

There's something weird going on with that photo, likely a combination of the distortion of the lens used and the weight pulling down on him making his upper body look more narrow than normal. His Facebook is here for more photos if anyone cares to look and a couple examples below that show he's not that out of proportion.

EDIT: Facebook doesn't allow displaying the images so I downloaded them and attached them. Also, his face is small and a little mouse-like but it doesn't look anywhere near as bad in the other photos. No question in my mind girls would be attracted to this dude's physique, wider hips than average or not.

I'm pretty sure french girls are attracted to slim guys with nice clothes that can dance well and not jacked up dudes with muscles, usually this is a sign of being in a lower social class and looking dumb there or just being insecure with your body. But you need to have an athletic shape, have a good physique and lift a bit but not have arms bigger than your head.

At a certain point weightlifting/bodybuilding becomes counterproductive. It takes 10 times as much effort to have a ripped, huge body as it does to just be in good shape, and the difference in attention/positivity from girls is nowhere near 10 times as great.

It's much smarter to be in above average shape (top 10% of people, as opposed to the top 1%) and spend your time and energy improving other aspects of your life which have a better ROI.

In the West -- particularly in the USA and Australia -- big muscles seem to be really important. In other countries, not so much. I see jacked guys in Thailand and other Asian countries (mostly Aussies) and most of the girls they're with are 5-7s. Not once have I ever seen a jacked guy with a girl that's equal to or better than him in appearance. They always date down.

Even Zyzz, who is revered like a god by most guys on Bodybuilding.com, got lousy pussy. Look at the girls in photos with him. They're all plain.

I think a lot of guys really overestimate the importance of being big. If you don't have good game, what is the point? Being big is a great way to guarantee success with 5s to 7s. After a certain point, it doesn't help. Really stunning girls are surrounded by other attractive people all the time, so to them looks are just another commodity.

Call me a troll or passive aggressive if you want -- just observing reality. The guys with top tier girls (8+) are very rarely the guys that have ripped, bodybuilder type physiques.
