Hi guys! I'm from Rome! If you wanna know anything, you can ask me! I worked for a pub crawl in Rome and I used to meet many girls every night, especially in summer.

Few things:

Since Rome is not a famous city for its nightlife, even dirty girls don't act like if they were in Ibiza or Mykonos f.e. There are still many young tourists, but most of them prefer to stay on their own. Unfortunately, competition in very high. So, if you see a beautiful girl, she'll probably have already chosen who to hook up with. I think it's easier for black guys tho, especially with the many northern europeans.
As for local girls, it's very hard to find ONS ones. Many of them go to dance in big groups, and there are often guys with them. And these girls are very arrogant aswell.

Yes, it could be argued that Rome is the worst tourist mecca in the world, to regularly bang attractive young women.

The problem is about clubs, there are no big clubs in the center, and 80% is guys.

Yikes, it sounds bleak. I want to make an microbudget film there ( scripted drama) and it sounds like hell socially. If you're living there a few months can it break down walls?

Anyway, I am going to need a local consultant as I plan to rent a house outside the city where the cast and crew will stay. It's the only way to make a super-cheapfilm as you can cook and have 10 people living in a house, but it has to be far enough out of the commuting zone so rent is low.
