Do you mean you're in a terrible place where it's very hard to game, or only having a dry spell?

Start doing some things that add to your self image/value (use the search option for ideas), start contacting women (use the search option for ideas), go on a vacation to a pussy paradise (use the search option for ideas).

Open up an OkCupid account, Tinder, JDate, and whatever the fuck else people use now. Practice on those girls, as most of what you'll find are boring overweight middle class chicks in their 30s looking for a beta who will put them on a pedestal. After you've dated and banged enough chicks, you learn that they're basically all the same and creating attraction isn't exactly rocket science. At some point, you'll truly stop giving a fuck, resulting in bagging way hotter girls with ease and regularity.

The plan of going to the Philippines and banging a bunch of Asian chicks is also a good one, and will probably be cheaper and more fun than what I'm suggesting.

As already have been adviced, a trip to a destination where women are "easier" is not a bad idea to boost your confidence level and realize that you have a lot of value as a man for many women.
Recommend places for such a trip would be countries in SEA (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and maybe even Cambodia) along with many countries in South America and some places in EE.

Still after you have been boosting your level of confidence in the one or several of the mentioned locations, you want to maintain it and grow it once you need to go back to the bitter western world xD

As stated reading up some stuff about game and also pull the trigger by leaving the keyboard-warrior base and actually make some approaches is crucial.
But as a another practical step I would really start lifting in your shoes, as also have been already recommended to you.
It is not even sooo much about improving your looks (although it is a nice bonus, trust me on this one) , but over the time lifting will do many good things for your mental state, mind, attitude and just for your inner game.

For small towns, create an OKC profile or hit up one of the local bars. Just approach. You have nothing to lose.

I had a dry spell after moving back home from college. Pretty much went out multiple times a week and spoke to everyone I came into contact with. Some approaches were bad, others were good where I got a bang. You never know what you will come across until you put yourself out there.
