In any culture or region of the world, if you cant do this, you are "basically" not healthy.. Forget cardio, muscle, abs, obesity etc..

These are life basics, that every creature & being .. humans included need to do.. Eat, Sit, Stand, Shit {in Natural position}. If this is happening to you before you are old & gray.. then you're definitely not "healthy" at a basic level; forget all fancy diets & exercises.

I score 9.5 on the Araujo test, going back up was surprisingly difficult - I managed to do so without assistance, but I was very wobbly.

I think if you can a one legged bodyweight squat (I can't), then the test would be pretty easy. You could basically just plant one foot on the floor and gently push yourself up.

I see you only need to score 8 to get a 'good' score.

Lets be real here, fat fucks only exist because they're being enabled by access to food, better healthcare and no predators. Unlike the weaker members of the tribe, women, children, elderly and disabled, fatties are gluttons who have no self-worth, no self-control and no morals.

If we lived in a brutal society only the wealthy would be fat. The wealthy can afford more food and they can afford to hire security to protect them. Take away these luxuries and you won't see obese people waddling around for long.

I agree, but this point of argument leads to drama, feminist & all kinds of ACCEPTANCE arguments.

Point to life SURVIVAL BASICS. There is no argument against that. And they dont get a chance to label with you with something negative from their side.
