Guys , If there is one thing you should never do is giving up game while you are in a LTR , so I met this girl 5 Month ago , we lived togheter for 3 Month , I know she loves me and I really love her too , I have nothing to say about her , she was good with me , and since we live togheter I gave up game and that was the biggest mistake , I lied to her once and since she always play detective with me to find other lies and when I say different things , I got too many shit tests and I failed many , now she is doing whathever she wants I'm bad without her , I need to moove on and it's really hard because it was my first LTR , before I was alpha always dates always banges following the forum threads and advices .

They all look like 9's when the recent end of a loving relationship. It's happened to every guy here. What you have to do is move on.

If your mind and judgement are cloudy get in the gym or do some physical activity. That will clear it instantly. Than you can use what game you have to find another girl.

I suggest you look deep inside yourself and work on inner game as well. That way something like this doesn't shake you again.

It happens to all of us. The first girl I "fell in love with" is what lead me to this forum in the first place.

If you commit to it, eventually game just becomes a natural part of your personality. It won't feel like you're "gaming" her, it's just who you are. A few things to consider -

1. You are young. There are plenty of other women out there who you'll meet.
2. You get higher quality women as you age. When you're in your 30s, you can still date women in their 20s. There's no hurry for you to get married and lock one down.
3. There is no such thing as "The One". Rather, there are a lot of women who you would be perfectly compatible with.
4. You're not ready to take on an LTR until your game is strong. Maintaining LTRs requires more game than pickup.
5. The best revenge is living well.

Just appreciate this as a learning experience and an opportunity to grow. The next one will be better, and you'll be able to manage it better.

Today was officialy broke up with my girlfriend , I treated her so bad recently and she doesn't feel well concerning me because of that , what I did was not taking her out , neglecting her , she had money problems and I didn't help her , instead of that I went to buy clothes , I lied to her many times , I made a fight beetwen her and her best friend , I feel bad because I didn't want that to happen , I love her so much , I gave up game for her , cause I wanted to have a LTR that will finish with marriage kids ...

Like the other's have said, establish ZERO CONTACT WITH HER. It is the quickest way to get over her. I remember after a two year relationship I was depressed for six months. I mean my friend literally drove to my house and got me out the house to hit the gym one day. After that experience, I joined the track team to pass time and stop thinkin about her. I kept myself busy and forced myself to talk to other women. I told myself positive things like "I learned from this and am a better, less beta person."

Eventually, you will move on man. And above all, value yourself more than any woman.
