It's my first trip alone out of the country and I decided to pay a visit to Montreal. I couldn't find any topics on this, but I believe I have seen it mentioned intermittently by various men in the manosphere. If you're visiting a city for a week, especially day gaming - is it best to let girls know you're staying for only a few nights, or lie and say you just moved in? I've been here a couple days and I've had a few instances already where I'm getting strong IOI's, get a playful, flirty vibe going then get the number, but the girl says that she will be too busy the next few days to hang out (and fuck). Obviously flakes happen, but this had me thinking about my above question. Since it's my first trip like this, my sample size is still low. Do you think it's bad luck and flakey girls, or is it because they know I'm just there to fuck and leave? I'm going to keep plowing regardless but I just wanted to hear others' take on this. I have an airbnb rental, but it's clearly a girl's aparment so I may have a hard time lying on this trip.

Depends on the situation. In some rare instances saying the truth might speed up the process but i find thats rarely the case.

Saying yourr staying long term will generally be better, but then you get the stretched out dates sometimes

A good middle ground if you can sell it is that yourr visiting short term in preparation for a soon to be long term move.

I would leave it ambiguous - if they ask a direct question as to how long you're staying for say it depends on...whatever, think up a good excuse.

Girls don't generally respond well to high-pressure sales tactics if you're an "average" guy, and saying you want to meet up for a date ASAP and then you're going to leave in a few days is the equivalent of saying "I'd very much like to use you as a pump-and-dump." IMO either your SMV has to be extraordinarily high or only the hoe-iest of hoe is going to sign on for it.

Doesn't mean that girls aren't down for getting banged by an out of town stranger though, not by a long shot. You just have to play a little "comfort game" and give them the proper setup to rationalize (hamsterize) it and spin it into a good narrative:

"He seems like a solid guy, the kind who would honestly like to be my LTR boyfriend. But he's from so far away...it just won't work. We'll just have to make the best of the time we have, before reason sweeps our dreams away..."

I'd be interested to know if you do manage to pull under such time constraints. Montreal is only an hour away by plane from me, and I could use a vacation...

I'll probably just tell them I'm looking to move here in the future, and lie about my stay. At least it's partially true because living in this city for a little while could be pretty bad ass. I wouldn't mind moving out of my area near Philly to Montreal, even if the winters here are a bitch.

Anyone else have any opinions? I know I've seen it mentioned but I can't find anyone discussing this topic specifically.

I have problem with same impacts. I am moving out of my city to another (much smaller) to new work place in a month. One girl broke up with me because of this and since then I am trying to catch as much pussy as possible before leaving, but it is useless struglle. We always talk about work, school and so on, I tell them that I am just finnishing my school, they ask what will I do after graduating.... it would be very difficult to create some story and I am not good liar.

I only try to postpone the truth and hope that they won´t ask too much. This is probably the best solution for you. Or say, that you aren´t here just for this week and you will often return (don´t specify how often and when, just very often because of this and this...)

Talk about them, and make fun of them.
For deep rapport, say that you have your options open and staying at this place is one of the leading options. Don't lie, just don't tell the whole truth.

From what you wrote, it seem that you need a story correlated to your life. Work on presentation. Have your story ready.

I try to focus most of the conversation on girl, but sonner or later, this question will come. I don´t answer straight, but at the and, girls usually find answer.

Is there a general consensus on this? I'm far from the first person on this message board to travel to another city to get some ass. I'm going to go out and start getting some more numbers in a few hours. If I was here longer I'd just see for myself what the best answer is, but since I only have a few days I'd rather not shoot myself in the foot for the sake of learning the best answer for myself. I'd rather just get laid.

That said, I'm just going to tell girls I'll be here a little longer and plan on coming back in the near future for a move. I'll see how that goes.

My experience so far in Montreal has been girls checking me out, girls smiling at me and being very friendly during conversation, yet when I go for the number close or the meetup with the girls that I talk to, I just get bullshit and excuses. All of the girls I've approached have been 7.5 or better. This is coming from a guy who is relatively new to the game (last few years) but gets laid pretty frequently and always with 7's and 8's. I certainly have had flakes and dealt with bullshit, but not this many times in a row. I have not had an experience like this before. I'm just going to keep on plowing. I'm starting to read now that this city is big on social circle game; something I will not be able to penetrate within a little over a week of visiting here.

Understood.
In that case have a story about "your life mission", and be prepared to explain how it correlates to where you are. You could be taking a break for sometime, before getting back to your journey.
