Hello I'd like to set up a second Tinder profile as a means for testing which one is better, however I do NOT want the new profile to be associated with the first profile.

I'd like to set the discovery on the first profile to OFF and load up the second profile fresh so it runs through the entire Tinder pool again as if it was a true new user to Tinder.

My plan up until now was to restore/wipe my entire phone so it removes any Tinder tracking files, to create a new Google account to pay for Tinder Plus (with new cc#), and to create a new Facebook profile with new pictures for Tinder.

I'm wondering if there's an easier way to do this so I wouldn't have to wipe the phone nor create a new Google account for Tinder Plus payment. Can I simply cancel the Plus subscription and then use the same Google account to repurchase under the new Tinder profile with same credit card? I'm not worried about keeping the subscription on the first profile but I DO want it for the new profile.

Main thing is I want to use the same Google account on the phone because I have all my phone contacts and Google translate phrases saved on that account.

I want to make sure I do this right the first time so I don't fuck up both of my accounts and get them flagged so I'm unable to get matches in the future.

Anyone have experience doing this? Can you elaborate on the steps I need to take to do this? Also mention the number of times you've done this and the last time you did it.

Was hoping to get a quicker reply on this so I'm just going to go ahead and do the following to experiment:

1. Cancel Tinder Plus subscription within Google Play (won't actually cancel until end of billing period).
2. Set Tinder Discovery OFF .. Logoff Tinder account.
3. Delete Tinder app from phone.
4. Create new Facebook profile and add new pictures.
5. ADD an additional Google account with fresh credit card number.
6. Re-download Tinder app, login with new Facebook account, purchase Tinder Plus using NEW Google account.

So I did the above steps with 2 additional steps: when I went to delete Tinder I also cleared the cache on the uninstall screen which should have deleted all files. Also I removed my original Google account after I added the new and before I re-installed Tinder.

Got everything set up and was swiping and got a new match already, also saw profiles that I saw when I first swiped through the pool so everything appears to be working. The only thing is I hit the max swipe right and instead of prompting me to purchase Tinder Plus it gives me a quick error that says "Trouble loading products from the store." ...

I know there's a way to "restore purchase" from within Tinder but I'm afraid that would link my accounts and flag me. If anyone knows how to get Tinder Plus working without fucking my accounts up let me know. Thanks.

Do you have a link to a specific post/solution from that thread or are you implying I should read all 219 pages of a general Tinder thread?

I haven't used tinder in years, but you should be able to make a new facebook account, use google voice for a second phone number, and not uninstall or delete your old account, and just use the second facebook account and second phone number for the new account. You *may* need to add some friends to the new account, like from using some facebook add me groups for some of their apps, to have a minimum number of friends(does this exist anymore?)

everything is set up and working except I am unable to purchase Tinder Plus with the new Google account set up on my phone... I just get an error when I hit max swipes "Problem loading product from store..."

.... may require a phone restore to get the ability to purchase Tinder Plus with the new profile... hmmmmmm

I'm implying that there is already and all-things-Tinder topic and you will get better results asking in there. Better yet, if you read the great amount of content that's already in there, you may even find your answer.

UPDATE: opened app and started swiping again and was prompted this time to subscribe to Tinder Plus using new Google account (after hours of not using app)... however they charged me 5x the price ($19.99) as the price I've paid before... not sure what that's about

Are you over 30? I believe they are charging anyone who is over 30 $19.99.

I'm pretty sure Tinder's number verification disallows Google Voice numbers.
