One of my housemates recently advised us that she'd be having a girlfriend stay over while she was visiting home.

We met each other over breakfast yesterday. In spite of the fact that I wasn't looking my best — hadn't showered nor cleaned my teeth yet — or could have established more kino, I got the feeling we clicked. We chatted a bit about travel — she's living in Italy — and breakfast foods, keeping it light hearted all the while.

She's very much on the cute side. Easily an 8; tall and skinny, with a lovely face — she was also wearing a translucent top that day.

She's dividing her time between mine and her parents' place in the outer suburbs. Just then, I brought up the subject of her with my housemate, who revealed that they were best friends, and that she'd be back on Friday, after which she teased me with: "Are you in love?"
I agreed and amplified with, "Totally, a hundred percent!" with a straight face.

We'll probably socialise a bit as a household when she's back here, either drinking in our backyard or heading to the bars down the road (we live just off a major nightlife precinct).

Has anyone else had experience with this sort of thing? I imagine it'd be like a cross between social circle and Couchsurfing game.

My housemate probably suspects I'm keen, she's pretty perceptive at this sort of thing. We already get along really well, if not for the fact that she suspects the player side of me (has walked into a couple of my Tinder dates that have ended up back home).

You've been introduced so it's pretty much classic social circle game. She already knows some things about you from your housemate. As far I can see she's open towards you.

I think you have clean shot. She's staying in the same house and kind of likes you if I'm correct. It's like you had a date with her already and now you're both in private place as if it was an afterhours afterparty.

If you play it well you don't really need to go out at all. Just buy booze, have fun together, play some stupid games, teach her how to dance, get some light touching going on to break that barrier, chill with her and kidnap her to bed at the end.

Agree with XXL, standard social circle game, with the caution of not pissing your housemate off....

And... Logistics are all sorted, ain't they? :-)
